Auto care employees are liars and selfish people. I bought a battery two days ago and they're saying that the battery is dead when I took it to AutoZone and they told me that the battery was full they stayed that I could not get my money back because of a dead battery so I called Walmart customer care service and they stated that they are lying. As long as the battery is properly working. I should be able to get my money back. I hate Walmart.

This store is so slow they answered the phone before the customer in front of the them at the auto Care center. This is crazy I been in here for 20 minutes and the guy didn't say anything, just answered the phone

Got a microwave thought the price was $70 but it turns out it was 80 they have tags all over the place in the microwaves are just sitting in all different areas where the price tags are different

Been trying to reach this store for over a hour. No answer and other departments won’t help to transfer to customer service. One department said, I don’t know why they are not answering, there 4 ppl up there.?

I went to the WalMart at 8451 Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati. I was trying to purchase turn signal light bulbs for my car. The case is locked, so I pushed the button for service. After no one answered after 15 minutes, I went to the automotive desk and asked the lady working for help. Her response was that she was supposed to be off 10 minutes earlier and she would not help me and I would have to wait for the manager to come back from break before getting the bulbs. I left and went to the next closest store to get a bulb which is an auto parts store and had to pay twice the price for the exact same product. I will NOT be returning to this location and will make sure everyone knows what kind of horrible service is given at this location. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Nice store, updated but needs a little attention. Customer service on the other hand, only takes one rotten apple…. The clerk and asst manager were great and polite but the manager was extremely rude and couldn't care less about assisting us. I will never return to this location.

The worst. If you don’t have anything to do that day or have time to kill shop here. There is only like 2 cashiers the rest is all self checkout. If they can’t have regular lines they need to dedicate at least 2 of the 20 self check outs to 10 or below items. It’s crazy. Shouldn’t have to wait 30mins for 3 items

The automotive service department deserves a 0 star rating. I made an appointment for 2 new tires and came back the next day for my appointment and it took 5 hours to put 2 new tires on my car. Horrible customer service, long wait times, the manager can't even show up on time. If i hadn't already paid for my tires i would have left and went somewhere else. The girl refused to refund my money for tires for me to go elsewhere bc the manager wasn't there. Also they say they take walk in but they do not. They made me pay for my tires, make an appointment and then pay for the service when i came back for my appointment.HOW DUMB!!! This ruined it for me not only will i never get automotive service from them again I will never shop in this walmart again for anything ever. Sad bc i live right down the street. Walmart thank you for bringing trash service and even trashier customer service to our neighborhood.

Terrible place to go unless emergency! Unorganized. Someone got charged for quantity of tomatoes ? instead of weighing them. ?Also, scared ? ? of the food because this is what the customer service center looked like. . . Don't do it. . . How long has this been sitting out!?

The worst experience I have gone through. As a Hispanic we have to go through discrimination all the time but being discriminated by people who are discriminated against as well makes is even worst. Today me and my family were shopping and when it was time to pay the cashier who was a young men started speaking all sorts of stuff about us with two other friends who were next to him. These teenagers working there are not just disrespectful but also discriminate against people. They started talking about us as if we could’ve understand them they insulted us and more. So disappointing and the worst is that the manager was there and didn’t do anything about it. I hope that this can be heard and that they change the employees who work there. It’s horrible to have to go through this as a Hispanic and I hope this doesn’t happen to other Hispanics who go shop there. I hope they don’t experience what we experienced today. Sad that people still think its funny to joke about others.

Very horrible experience with manager Shawn. Store manager Jennifer was not in store. Called 1 800 Walmart to address the concern and the call seemed pointless. As I told the representative, I have been a loyal Walmart customer but I do see the allure of shopping at Target now. The few dollar difference of price on the same products is worth Target's excellent customer service.
