Hate this Walmart with a passion. I always avoid going at all cost. Unfortunately it’s the one that’s closest to my house. The employees are all rude af, and look at you like you’re a disgusting idiot when you interrupt their chit chat to ask them for assistance at the self checks. They cuss and talk to each other loud as hell like you’re not even standing there. Not sure who runs this Walmart, but they definitely suck at their job.

I ordered a cake and a set of cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. The cake order was canceled because their printer is down so I’m unsure why I was able to make the order but they weren’t able to supply the order. The cupcake order was canceled three days before pick up because they couldn’t make the cupcake design with the amount of cupcakes listed even though that was an option on the website. This is a horrible Walmart, a horrible bakery and this service is unacceptable. I am looking forward to speaking to the manager, Doug in the morning.

Do Not care for this Walmart at all. No money center so we have to go to customer service and they close at 10:00 why would they close at 10:00 when they don't close till 11:00 last people working should be the people in the money very rude and always on their phones don't like how the store is set up everything is way different from Wisconsin not Cincinnati

I’m torn between rating this store 2 stars and 3 stars. The store overall appeared cleaner than some of the other Walmarts near my home zip code; by “cleaner” I mean that I didn’t come across any merchandise strewn across the aisles. That and the availability of self checkouts at 9:30 PM on a Sunday is why they received three stars.
I wanted to rate them two stars because their selection of men’s work boots were locked up (most likely due to excessive theft of those items) and the coffee section was very poorly organized. The only other section I visited on this trip was the dog food section.
In the coffee section, I was specifically looking for Black Rifle Coffee Company K-cups. I found three flavors in the smaller box on one shelf and more flavors in the larger count boxes further down the aisle.
If the rest of the brands were organized where the smaller boxes were in one place and the larger ones were in another place, that might make a little more sense, but they weren’t…
So, three stars for something the store has little control over and two stars for something they have complete control over…

Prices are not too bad.
Fresh produce.
Fresh meat.
Aisles pretty organized.

If you want to feel like you've done something wrong without doing it, this is your place to go. Could never find any help and after checkout, got the third degree from the door guy. What a world.

This is the 4th Walmart I've called and nobody answers these Walmart stores in Cincinnati to Mt Healthy need new managers or need to be shut down. No customer service, no HR. How is this even possible?😒how is the store open if nobody is available? I'm looking for a job as a former employee and these are the most suitable ones for me but they're never available. Worst Franchise to bring to Ohio.

Would recommend NOT placing a pickup order. Very large selection of items…but the store is very understaffed.
Today alone, there were almost 20 cars waiting in pickup for their groceries to be brought out and after over an hour…most left. Seems like everyone was trying to call the store for assistance and the only reply anyone got was “we’re understaffed” then would hang up. We talked to several other people waiting who got the same response. We ended up canceling the order that was waiting for us and I’m hoping i don’t get charged for those items!
In most other times outside of this incident, the pickup orders usually get delayed at least an hour or 2 : /
Wondering if there’s a method for turning OFF pickup ordering if you don’t have the staff to make it happen…other grocery stores have this feature.
I know that grocery pickup is a total privilege and i understand businesses can’t help being understaffed…but the pickup process is a HUGE opportunity for this location. Having that many people wait that long without any assistance is kinda wild.

I stood in the customer service line for 30 min, then I waited for help in the toy area for about 15 min and then a guy came out and said he will be back to further assist me in in few min and I waited another 30 min for him and he never returned. And then I finally seen a African man come out of the back doors and he said to walk to the back in the stalking section threw the double doors and ask for help on my own which made me very uncomfortable to walk in the back to do that, so I walked to the hall area, and I finally seen a girl name Paige and she totally ignored me and didn't find no help either saying that she was clocked out, So I started asking by voicing loudly for help to men employees In the back area and they ignored me as well and continued to do what they was doing and then I believe a Manager came out to assist me from a room. I explained to him about my issue and what I came to walmart for in the toy area for my children and he kindly helped me. As I was leaving store. I noticed the guy name Mike was not looking and asking for the receipts of the people that's white, so I felt that I shouldn't have to show my receipt either. But Mike seemingly asked me like I was stealing after I paid for my things and followed me until I showed the receipt on my cell phone. This happened February 7th. 2025 in the late noon time. I really did not appreciate the lack of help and how I was ignored, and then treated like that as I was leaving. And it bothered me to where I recorded the issue in the back area and i also took a picture of the guy name Mike that picks and choose what receipts he wants to view. And its discriminatory! I hope people get hired here that actually care about customers of all kinds!
