-Car listed different price online than in person (arrive and price is higher than what’s listed online)
-Car advertising Bluetooth but no Bluetooth
-Sent my title to a random address
-Forgot to order parts owed to me over and over again
-Left dealer plates in my vehicle and then wanted me to drive them back
-Experience with Mike Benz was not great. He is very forgettable or just doesn’t care once the car is sold
-Parts came in finally and they did a poor job repairing the cosmetic issues
-Car was still full of dog hair and previous owners belongings in trunk
-Power steering issues 30 days after purchase

They gave us a great price on our trade-in and put us in a newer, nicer reliable car. Mike Benz Was an amazing help in making sure the car was perfect for our family and definitely went above and beyond.

In the last four months my wife and I have bought two jeep wranglers from the used lot of Wault Sweeney the first one was a good and easy deal they did us great. The second one we bought for my wife. It had some issues that needed to be taken care of that was on a Friday and they told us we would have it the next Wednesday they had it for 22 day. I understand getting parts and stuff like that but 22 days. I was told a 5 tire change because two tires had nails I got four tires and a half wore out spare. The major issue was a lifter ticking. When they delivered it the ticking was still there nothing had changed. For three day when I emailed it was always in detail it had never been touched. The same dirt that was on it when I test drove it was still there 22 day after. Like I said that’s all miner stuff compared to the lifter ticking when I emailed them to tell them about it they told me I would have to bring it back to them so they could look at it. Did I mention I drove two hours out of state to buy the jeep. We just found out that our 8 year old is going blind and has some very serious medical issues going on with his brain we can’t be without a car for another 22 days he has a ton of doc appointments in the next two week once I told them that I have been ghosted for the last three day I even sent a video and still no response. I hate this so bad my dad was going to look at a jeep with them and a guy from work to. But I think they have changed there minds after this.

Horrible experience with this used car dealership. Had our car listed for sale on Facebook, someone from their location reached out to learn more about the vehicle. After days of discussion and sharing pictures and having a phone call, they offered to match another local offer. Drove 45 minutes to the location where the sales manager working offered thousands of dollars less than what was committed to on social media and claim that that person did not have the right to offer. Wouldn’t even come close to the agreed-upon number and just had us leave the location. Would not recommend working with the people at this location.

These guys went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new van. I had made a comment about another buying experience when my gas tank was left empty after buying a vehicle. Not only did they make sure my gas tank was full, they even offered to deliver it, knowing I had a busy work day! When they dropped it off, gas was full, it was detailed, and even smelled brand new. Keep up the good work guys!

Writing a review isn’t enough for the dedication, commitment, and love this dealership has for their customers. My husband was having some issues with his truck after he purchased it. We were covered under warranty and needed to send it to Dodge to get it fix. Dodge dealership gave us so much trouble, Mr. Benz and his boss made sure that they took care of us, stayed in contact, and reached out to them personally. Mr. Benz was a great advocate for us and worked so hard to get my husband truck taken care of, he wanted the best service care for us, and made it happen. I can’t thank him enough for the love he has for his customers and job. We truly appreciate Walt for hiring dedicated and committed employees like Mr. Benz. Get your car from Walt, you’re not just a customer, your family. Thank you for making my family apart of Walt Sweeney.

Purchased a 2020 Buick Encore. The day of the sale seemed flawless and smooth. The salesman was very informative and helpful and the finance lady was great. I was quite happy…and then it happened.
Had the vehicle 2 days and engine light began flashing, car was hesitating and not wanting to accelerate on the interstate. Had it towed (AAA) back to dealership to be told nothing wrong with it. Probably a sensor and nothing to worry about if it does it again. “Bring it in if it happens again”I had to call a few times before getting any communication. Picked it up and it actually drove fine for two weeks.
Then, I had to drive an hour and half from home on a Friday. On the way back the engine light came on, car started hesitating, wouldn’t accelerate and almost stalled on the interstate. Was stranded 60 miles from home. Walts roadside assistance, I also bought, would tow to nearest garage in THAT area and give me a $20 voucher for Lyft. Ridiculous…. Called AAA and got it towed to my house. Good thing I hadn’t canceled my AAA. While waiting, I called Walt Sweeney and was told by Mgr he’d make arrangements to have car picked up Monday morning and would call me right back with details. Never called back …. Their communication is terrible!
Very long story short- took numerous attempts at calling dealership and a phone call to the finance dept before the Mgr called. Vehicle was picked up and I was given a loaner car. A 10 year old Mazda with the engine light on (not joking).
Walts ended up sending my car to a different mechanic nearby. I was not aware of this until I got the call my car was ready. When I went to pick it up, they were just handing me the key thinking I was just going to take the key and leave. I asked what was wrong with it and salesman said I’d have to call the other garage. I had to tell him I had no idea what he was talking about. He then gave me the name and number to where they sent it. I called this garage and was told It was as an ignition coil pack?? and spark plug. A work order was supposed to be emailed to me but haven’t received it yet.
All of this could have been avoided if they would only have checked it more thoroughly when it was towed up there the first time. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the finance person was kind and helpful. I now just pray the car makes it at least a year and half so I can trade it in for new. Will NOT be purchasing at Walt Sweeney Harrison. But I really don’t think they care.
Oh, and even though it’s 2025, single females who are not mechanically inclined should make sure someone who is accompanies them when car shopping. If not, you will get taken advantage. Lesson learned.

Mike Benz is the GOAT! Wonderful experience working with him. No pressure. Worked great with what my budget was and gave me multiple options! Great test drives in some excellent cars! It was a pleasure working with him. When I'm ready to upgrade my ride; I know where I'm going and who I am asking for! Thank you Mike!

Ty made it a comfortable time buying the Toyota. I would highly recommend Ty to anyone looking to purchase.

I set up an appointment to look at a car and drove an hour only to get there and the car had been sold. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have been notified. I ended up buying a similar car which turned out okay. The interest rate and payment was more than they had told me when it came to signing contracts etc. Also not a huge deal, it wasn't enough to keep my from buying. Aside from those two things the customer service was good and overall a positive experience.

Went in to ask about a car that we saw on tv had been dealing with a salesperson over the phone he said he was at the location on Harrison however when we got there he wasn't he worked out of the Glenway Ave store. Then we ended up meeting with the mgr. told him what we were looking for he ran the credit said it was blah blah blah, he would need to speak to his finance dept and would call us back the next day which he never did!! We got a letter from Wright Patterson Credit Union which isn't even the credit union we deal with and then today Bank of America and we were told it wouldn't be a hit against our credit which was a LIE!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OR GO BACK!!!

Cars fair prices but they only want to work with you if you finance through them. Gentleman did not want to send me out the door numbers just because he wasn’t going to make some money on financing the deal. Good luck
