They were so fast! I don't even think we spent 5 minutes in the drive thru. We went to a different location and they were slow and hadn't helped anyone inside, so glad we came to this location!

I would highly recommend not using this Wendy's. I'm guessing that they are short staffed at a minimum. They'll allow you to order online via the app but the restaurant was closed and they did not have several food items. Despite this the app was still able to order for carryouts. When I went to pick up my carry out order I was told that I needed to go through the drive-thru that was several cars deep. The goal of the app is to try to expedite service however I was unable to do so. The doors were locked to the restaurant and they said that the inside was closed. This was an extremely inconvenient experience and once again I would recommend going to some other restaurant.

Extremely rude. Made my Frosty cold brew wrong. Just pumped chocolate syrup into cold brew and it's foul ?. Too impatient to make the actual item. Picture below. Makes me feel guilty about even being there. Never going back.Stopped taking orders until it got less busy. Not really how food service works. Get a hold.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. There's a McDonald's a couple blocks away with competent employees and good food. Just go there. I pulled up to place an order at the drive through. After sitting there for probably about 10 minutes, someone tried to take my order over the intercom, but the intercom was so messed up that neither of us could really communicate. The employee just stopped even trying to take my order without saying anything and noone ever even tried to come up to the window or come outside. Once I left and drove by the two cars ahead of me waiting for their orders in the drive through (both there the whole time I was trying to order,) I noticed the customer at the window was asleep at the wheel. Not surprising since they were there, at minimum, 10-15 minutes, but probably a lot longer based on the attempted service I received. Don't expect the employees here to do anything to actually help you. After about 3 visits since moving into this neighborhood, I can seriously say, just go somewhere else. You have been warned.

I went to the Wendy's because of the proximity to my location. Moving forward I'll probably avoid it. The drive through was slow. The lobby was locked. The customer service wasn't great. I love Wendy's generally it's a guilty pleasure but this was by far the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. It felt like a hassle. Additionally something was wrong with the intercom at the drive through. The employee didn't hear my request for sauce because of it and I never got the sauce I requested. She was annoyed because she couldn't hear me. Not an employee fault but definitely could use some improvements at the location.Vegetarian options: You can find something on the menu such as potatoes and salads. Not all salads come with meat. However I'm not confident it will be fillingParking: Parking lot is free but no need to park due to the lobby being closedKid-friendliness: Nuggets and fries, salads, burgers, and baked potatoes are all kid friendly. First time going to this Wendy's because I'm traveling and all I can say is God sees all.... Blood pooling in the bathroom sinks, nasty service from the employers, and nasty employers in general. If I could attach a warning label on this restaurant that says: RUN! KEEP GOING! I would because this is by far the worst nastiest rudest Wendy's I've ever been to. Please go to the McDonald's up the street.

Service is consistently awful. The two cars ahead of me in the drive thru lane appeared to have their orders taken and were being served. By the time I pull up to the intercom I'm told their system is down and they can't take any orders. I guess this must have just happened, because I just waited behind two people while they took their orders. This is the worst Wendy's location I've been to.

Now I normally don't go to Wendy'sI was on my way to school, so I stopped in and was able to get a breakfast sandwich ,I order the Chicken/ Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with Honey Glaze Syrup .That sandwich was great ,IS WENDY'S YOU DID THE THINGNOW CAN YOU ALL OPEN UP IN THE MORNING LET THE PEOPLE IN TO ENJOY THE GREAT BREAKFAST MENU ...SOME OF US ARE SICK OF MCDONALD'S ?
