An absolute joke! Long time customer who stayed loyal to WesBanco! Aaron and this location did absolutely nothing a typical business partner would do! My restaurant business partner was constantly helping and regularly frequented my business! This business guru ?♂️ Never asked how my business was let alone showed up and supported! Offered 10k in stock I was willing to put up for a business line! 6 months later all I’ve gotten is excuses and passing the buck! Not a partner to help you make any! Unless you want you’re LLC treated like a lemonade stand!

Aaron, the branch manager, is kind, cooperative, and helpful. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. I've been going to this branch for the past 18 months and have never had an issue.

WesBanco is a joke of a bank, especially this branch in particular! Giving them even one star is beyond over generous for what they truly deserve! The branch manager at this location, I (believe his name may be Aaron?), is an arrogant SOB. He talked to and treated me like I was scum on the bottom of his shoe. I will be transferring my business elsewhere immediately - not just my accounts, but my entire family as well. This is icing on the cake for us! We're sick of dealing with a bank that can't “get with the time†and still depends on brick and mortar, and provides absolutely no customer service! It's in your best interest to avoid WesBanco at all cause!
