The checkout time is unacceptable. I’ve decided not to shop at Kroger’s in Delhi anymore. Maybe not any Kroger. I WAS a very loyal customer. Nobody should have to spend 4 hours in line for 5 items. What is going on?

Delhi Kroger has stopped putting their flyers in the Doorstore as a trial in Delhi. They want you to call and have it delivered but even though I did that none came. They are trying to make everyone use digital but have no concern for people that do not have smartphones or computers. When a neighbor talked to Delhi’s manager he could have cared less about his customers. He said to just come in and pick one up even though it is inconvenient. Since there are no other shopping options we are out of luck! He said the ads are expensive even though their profits are through the roof and it seems they carry more and more of their products and less of the other brands. You would think they would care more about their customers!

Such a great Kroger store! Very clean and organized and the staff was super friendly.
