Great experience. Easy online booking. Got right in, no wait. Beauty shop was clean and I enjoyed the scalp massage during shampoo
(great job Kimberly). I was just surprised that I couldn’t pay by credit/debit. Only virtual pay apps and cash of course. I would recommend this shop.

My experience was perfect! I just moved from VA to OH and I knew that finding my next hair care professional would be important to keep the maintenance on my natural hair moving in the right direction! After meeting Rachel, I knew I was in the right place!
Specialties: I went to the salon as a new client and I had a consultation service done.
Stylist: I booked an appointment with Rachel and I liked her from the start. She was kind and has a great personality and she gave me some tips concerning the hairstyles I wanted and advised what would the appropriate styles to do to make sure they last longer. I could tell that she cares about the health of hair and she made me feel comfortable and assured. Looking forward to my next upcoming appointment!

I cannot give a fair rate because I'm not sure if your booking page is actually accurate however, I'm a new client & booked an 8am 3/23/24, arrived early but no one was there. I received all the reminders prior. I called to leave a message & no one has gotten back with me.

Rachel did my loc maintenance. She gave me a thorough shampoo and conditioner. My loc retwist looks fantastic! Rachel is pleasant, friendly and professional. The shop is clean with a clean restroom, in a safe area. Beautifully decorated. Give them a try, you won't regret it. I was completely satisfied!

Mikhaila was a breath of fresh air. Seriously. I gave up on hair salons, either the service was poor, atmosphere was terrible, or stylists stacked clients and always had me waiting. I dealt with none of that here. I was greeted when I walked in, Mikhaila started promptly on time, she washed my hair thoroughly with just the right amount of TLC and she clipped my ends beautifully!! Not to mention she slayed my blowout. Safe to say I've finally found my new salon and stylist. Go to Mikhaila you wont be disappointed!
