Ordered an item off their website and it wasn't what I was hoping for. So I started the process for return and found out it was 28 dollars to ship a salt and pepper shaker anddd they don't refund shipping if you're dissatisfied or want to make a return for any reason, they also charge a return shipping rate. Really feel like I got finessed on that. 100% don't reccomend. I'll go with bed bath and beyond or something next time smh

The ladies that work at this store are so frazzled and extremely bothered when you need help. They don't know what they are doing and have no customer service skills. I used Williams Sonoma for my wedding registry and really wish I would've used Crate and Barrel or somewhere else. I thought maybe they didn't like younger women (I'm 30) but my MIL is saying the same thing about their customer service.

So many Amazing spices, tools, books , liquors, cookware and ideas I get out this place it's hard to pinpoint my favorite. But I will say, I hardly visit the Kenwood mall without peeking my head inside to see what can come back to my kitchen. The staff's always friendly and knowledgeable.

Everywhere you look, there are high-class, top-notch items related to cookery, mostly. They sell a superb line of cutlery. That seems to be one of the main highlights of the store. Some brands I'd never seen, but you can see quality in everything they sell.

I am extremely disappointed with William Sonoma Home and the Maxwell Counter stools. I purchased 8 of the Maxwell Counter stools and after 4 1/2 years the fabric on the all the chairs has torn on the seats. For the price I would have expected the chairs to last a lot longer. When I called customer service to see if they could help me with my issue they said no. Don't waste your money. Buy furniture from somewhere else.

Let me say I love Williams Sonoma. This store had the most unfriendly, unhelpful staff. I worked at WS and know this was not how I was trained. I'll never shop this store again.

Wow. What a bunch of snooty associates. Walked in and associates looked at me, but offered no assistance. I used to work for west elm and Williams Sonoma. That's not how I was trained. Would love for corporate to walk in wearing jeans and see how they would be treated.

At Christmas my brother sent me a cheese gift box, they put the invoice in instead of the gift message, it was $119, couple packages of cheese, a sausage, some not good crackers and a few other little things the date on cheese was 7-21-22, after it was opened there was some black mold that was on it, I thought it could just be cut off, but it came back, obviously inedible. I found it very expensive for quality.

Ordered a Crafthouse by Fortessa Cocktail Smoking Box online on December 1st. Originally notified of a December 19th delivery date. They pushed back the delivery date repeatedly. I called several times when delivery dates came and went and was repeatedly told a large shipment of product was “just about to arrive” and I would receive my product ASAP. After at least 6 revised delivery dates, my wife found the same product at Dillards online. Dillards sent me the product 4 days after it was ordered and it cost approximately $50 less than W&S. Canceled my order today from W&S after yet another promised delivery date came and went with no product.Really disappointing that a store with the reputation of W&S would quote me repeated delivery dates with no plan or intention to honor their them. Will never buy anything online from them and would warn others to be very cautious if you need anything delivered with an impending deadline to meet.
