Do not take your vehicle to this business. They do terrible work. Then when you try to get them to correct their work they blame it on something else. Don’t waste your time dealing with these people. I could go on and on about my experience but that is the short version, save yourself some time and money and avoid them at all cost.

Warranty is a joke. They replace my driver’s side box side and 4 years later my paint is popping from rust under the chip guard. They want me to open another claim instead of fixing it under their warranty.

Zero attention to detail on my 2022 deer strike vehicle. Several flaws in the paint, dust in paint, painted over chips. When I walked out to look at my car, the door handle wasnt even fixed. Still waiting for a return phone call to take back for a THIRD time. This last time they obviously broke clips in my door panel, so it is now loose. Sad that this used to be good company, but is no longer owned by Mr. Woods and it shows!! If you use them, do NOT sign to release payment until you are completely satisfied.I generally do not complain, but this is a poorly run company. After my review they responded that they would have someone call me. Nope, no response.

They worked with my insurance and completed my repair promptly, communicated well and were very nice and helpful. They are very willing to work with you to make sure you are fully satisfied with the repair.

Damage to the hood of my car by a wind event. Hood needed replacement and paint on side touch up. Woods staff worked well with my insurance (Geico) making sure everything went smoothly, which was appreciated! Also car rental through Enterprise, and I was able to drop the rental off at Woods when my car was ready. Did a good job on the repair, which only took a week.

This body shop left a 10 inch run in my car door that was repaired. You can see where they sanded it down and tried to buff it out but they left the lower panel fuzzy from not being buffed back enough after being wet sanded. I can feel the run with my finger so that’s pretty bad still. They should never have told me that it was complete when it needed redone. What kind of painter leaves 10 inch runs at a real body shop? That Painter is clearly not fit to be employed as a painter or he should be practicing at Maaco. They also left my bumper spotty and blotchy looking and tried to tell me that they didn’t paint that side of my bumper, but if that’s true then why are my rock chips silver now instead of being black anymore? Common sense will tell you that rock chips are black on plastic bumpers. If you’re gonna paint my rock chips on the side that wasn’t supposed to get paint then why not fill them in with body filer as well? It doesn’t add up. They kept my car for 4 weeks before getting it right and extending my rental vehicle costing hundreds extra. This was a 1 week repair and they took 4 weeks! They told me 1 week. I would think twice before you trust this business or their painter to touch your vehicle. This place is bad news since they got a new painter recentlyServices: Body & Trim

Nice staff but the quality of work was not what I expected. I was originally rear-ended in October 2020 and chose Woods Collision Center as they are a local company with great reviews. Once the work was completed I noticed a large amount of water in my spare tire well the following summer and returned the car. Woods stated they found and fixed the leak and repainted the spare tire well. After this repair I was still getting water into the spare tire well and tried to find the leak myself which appeared to come through the caulk seam in the corners. Returned the car to Woods again this spring where they stated they found water leaking from the tail light gasket and repaired and ran black caulk over the existing caulk line in the spare tire well. I believe if the initial quality of work was better I would not be having these issues but a poor initial caulk seam with more caulking on top and I am left in the same place, with water coming through the seams in the corners filling up the spare tire well.Services: Painting

Simply due to the nature of the work that they do I hope to never have to use their services again. But speaking about the quality of work and the people that work there? They are amazing. They not only went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle, including cleaning and detailing it better than it was when it went in, but they also worked with me to overcome a miscommunication that was equally on my end and they took full responsibility. A exceeded my expectations and delivered great service on my car as well as in my personal communication. If I ever need auto body work done, or a friend or family member asks this is the first place I will point to.

I have had my car repaired at Woods twice since I moved to Summerside 2 years ago. Both times, the process from start to finish has been quick, easy, and stress free. Last time I took my car to Woods, I needed the front of my car repaired due to an accident on the highway. I stopped by Woods and Joe gave me an estimate on the spot. I dropped off my car two days later and the next Monday my car was ready for pick-up. Joe called and kept me updated on every development and finished my car sooner than I had expected. When I was unable to pick-up my car due to poor weather, Woods offered to drop off my car or pick me up so that I could get my car as soon as possible. Everyone that I have interacted with at Woods has been friendly and taken the time to explain in depth each step of the process. I highly recommend Woods to anyone in need of collision repair!
