Yoga ah Studio has been offering yoga classes and yoga teacher training for over 15 years in Cincinnati Ohio. Teacher Training ranges from 200 hour in Ashtanga and Rocket Foundations as well as Advanced Continuing Education in Rocket Yoga. . Medicine Rocket Yoga Traditional Rocket Yoga Restorative Yoga Prenatal Yoga Each class is taught to the individual and we offer small class sizes limiting our classes to 8 students. You will get lots of personal attention. Our teacher training has certified 100's of successful yoga instructors. Our founder is Amber Jean-Marie who had been practicing and teaching the Rocket for over 23 years she studied directly with Larry Schultz the creator of the Rocket from 2000 - 2011.
