My car is only a month old, and after using Zips Car Wash, I noticed scratches on the paint. I expected a safe and gentle wash, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Very
disappointing experience—if you care about your car’s finish, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Not sure what the guys name was but terrible customer service from whoever was loading cars at 11am on 12-26-2024. Vacuums not working because of wet compressors and not willing to compensate for it as the Vacuums “have no relation to the car wash”. Will not be returning, I’ll just go to Carriage House from now on.

Erroneously activated a wash club charging us 1 month after we got a car wash here. It was not a user error and was for an amount that is too low for any of their unlimited packages anyways. Please watch your account statements if you’ve gotten a wash here.

Barbaric that the associates have to go in and out all day all the time for every car in the winter cold like that. I have a pass with you guys and I dont need help when I get to that gate.

Every time I come around 5:30-6:00 pm the lights are out and the gentleman working is sitting in his car. Makes it look like you are closed when I can pull right through and get a car wash. I can’t even see fully when I want to vacuum my car because it’s dark outside. Never had a good experience here, has been this way for a while now. Seems to be a management problem.

I was given at Express Zips Car Wash in Loveland OH a receipt stating that I paid $0 and in cash, when I actually paid $18 with credit card. I asked to have my receipt corrected but they refused.

I came through the wash today and neither the front or back of my car was sprayed like they used to do and the vacuums weren’t working good enough. It’s like there wasn’t enough suction. The last few times I’ve come through the young adults working there don’t appear to be in uniform and wear whatever they want. It’s a shame when employers can’t take care of their employees and provide them with what’s needed to do their job effectively and look professional. I won’t be back any time soon. There’s a mikes right down the road…I will just go there.

So far, so good. I purchased an introductory 3 month membership to try Zips out and, with having had my car washed a handful of times, the first couple of weeks it seems to be worth the price that I paid. The car wash does a nice job cleaning and waxing my vehicle. 👍

This place vary bad because nobody give you instructions to wash your car it happened to me I try to wash my car it should be automatically but machines doesn’t wash my car and he said do drive into washing room but he doesn’t give me another one to wash my car I do not recommend this place vary bad

Convenient car wash for those without the time or capability of brush or hand wash their vehicle. If you have a modified vehicle with louvers, do not go into any automated car wash like this one. Remember to fold your mirrors because even then, they'll get shifted around.
Paid for the premium wash, and it still didn't wash off some spots on my roof.
4 stars because their free vacuums are a real game changer! So keep that in mind.
