7/14 July neither of the 2 closing employees know how to use the starter tester, very disappointed, and also they seem very pissed off that I came in at last minute.

Went in looking for some parts and Mark and Austin were beyond helpful! They were knowledgeable and able to decipher exactly what I needed with my half cooked description/explanation. I will absolutely be brining my business back to them in the future for all my needs.

The staff was to busy messing around on their phone to help find the right part for my truck was told to go find it myself they are lazy should not be working at a job they don't want to do

Lady working there was rude for no reason when I tried to ask if they could return something I just bought walked out the door and came right back in.

Terrible experience here! Went in for a rotor, brakes and brake caliper. I get home only to find out they gave me the wrong rotor. I go back to the store to get the correct rotor and return the old caliper to get my core charge back. Then the employee wants be rude because I didn’t put the caliper in the box. No one said a word about needing the box the caliper come in. Bottom line is the employees are extremely lacking and incompetent. Save your money and go across the street to O’rielys auto parts!!
**UPDATE**
As shown below, by the reply, TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! The “owner” replied “hello David” as seen in my post my name is Beth. Also, they say they forwarded this incident to the reservoir location when actually my review was posted for the Circleville location. Which is US 23 Circleville Ohio.

Just came back to see if anyone had commented on my review I posted a month ago. And “woah” it got deleted.My husband and I came to Advanced auto parts about a month ago. We had a package that we needed to put in a drop box. Keep in mind ONLINE it says that Advanved Auto Parts has a drop box. It was around 8:30-9pm and we had pulled into the parking lot and my husband got out of the truck went to the door to look at the hours. Said closed and the drop box would have been inside. My husband got back in the car and got back online to see where other drop boxes would be. Two men walked up to the front door staring at us real weird. Short guy with salt and pepper beard unlocked the door and came up to our truck. My husband rolls the window down and the man says “What are you doing man?!” Like we did something wrong.. my husband explained why we were there and he was just real nasty saying “ No! We don’t have a drop box! No.” My husband said ok . These men were Profiling my husband for getting out of his truck and looking at the hours of operation.. never judge a book by its cover . Also you treated us this poorly with our child in the car . Definitely need to work on your customer service skills ZERO STARS.
