I had been a Sprint customer for over 20 yrs. Once T-Mobile took over, it went downhill in my opinion. I was looking to upgrade my Galaxy Note 10+ that was starting to overheat and slow down plus I wanted to update to 5g. It seemed that the salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable and nothing was in stock for Android except what I didn't want. Also I was interested in getting a first responder. Discount. And he didn't seem to want to help, but wanted me to do it through their website instead. I decided to go down the road to AT&T. Khol Seemed very knowledgeable. And if he didn't know an answer, he was honest about it. He answered all my questions and gave honest opinions. There was an issue with T-Mobile in switching service over. And spent extra time making sure it Fixed. I will definitely buy from them again. He gave great service and made you seem important.

Khol was amazing! He helped me upgrade my phone and went the extra mile to help me find all the accessories I'll need for my trip. The banter was amazing while we waiting for my phone to transfer. Had such a genuine experience that I'm extremely thankful for! 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

I want to express my sincerest thank you to the manager of the Circleville At&T store! Cole is the most helpful person in customer service, ever! I received a faulty new phone (online) & Cole helped to reset it & when it still failed to run properly, he stayed way over his quit time to try to problem solve! I ended up having to get a new replacement (online) & I had trouble, again, setting it up correctly & he took the time to reset it & helped me get through all of the new installations seamlessly, & I’m so happy to say, bc of his help & patience, my new phone is working wonderfully! Cole, you’re an amazing employee! I hope your kindness, patience & knowledge get recognized endlessly from AT&T, bc you deserve that recognition! You’re unmatched! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

General manager kohl is awesome, he helped us look up items on a absolutely massive plan and breakdown cost and such, got me upgraded and tablet while we were at it!!! I appreciate all the help

We switched from Verizon to AT&T in December of 2023 me and my husband were the only 2 on the plan. They could not transfer my husbands phone number over so they stated he needed a new number. My husband got a new number and they said the first bill would be higher due to the 3rd line(old number) on the bill. We paid the first bill that was around $400 and then asked for the 3rd line to be removed, as no one was using it. The next bill came out around the same amount around $400. My husband called again and let them know we would not be paying this bill until it’s fixed. The next bill was billed out and there was a $700 fee on it for in “installment fee” ! They never said in order to get a new number that there would be an installation fee . Let alone $700!!!!!! This is absurd . The man that set up our phones never gave us any paperwork, contracts, or any verbal information on ANY ADDITIONAL FEES. We Now have a $1,000 bill and our phones are now shut off due to this terrible company!! Called many times to try to explain that is mess up is not our fault and it is the reps fault for messing everything up , and we are still responsible for this OUTRAGEOUS BILL. Customer service will not help either .

I had a fantastic experience with Kohl G at the AT&T Circleville store. He was very knowledgeable when I asked many questions about new Apple products. He helped me pick out a brand new iPhone, Apple Watch and IPad and was able to get everything transferred over to all devises in a very timely manor while handling other customers simultaneously.
Highly recommend for all electronic needs!!!
