Rudess Service ever! I had $30+ worth of items in hand to purchase and got up to the counter and asked if the clerk could lookup a part for me ,which I would have ordered and have paid for it then but the clerk which he said his name was Jacob because I had to ask he had no name badge! He Replied "I Can't " I then ask well how come? And he then replied " because I just can't"! So I then put my items back on the shelf in which they came from!! And left ! So I go home and write to the corporate office and a month later I have heard nothing about it! So here it is !

Me and my autistic son were the only ones In the store I went in to get something but they were out so I decided to check how much a part was I'm needing for my vehicle so I could go back and get it the next day when I got paid and I asked if I could see the part and the guy literally said geez as he turned the walk to go get it it was extremely rude to act that way with the customer he just had an attitude with me the whole time and not once was I rude or anything like that I try my best to set a good example for my son well guess where I'm not going to get my part at (AutoZone) they have lost a customer of over 30 years

I stopped to get a diagnostic done. First their machine didn't work then he told me that my port must be dead. Told me to change the fuse and then he could help me. I don't know anything about cars so I guess when I find the fuse I'll go back
