As a minority they look at you with disgust. And talk down to you with a condescending tone. Do not offer solutions as they do with with other races. This has been the most disgusting experience in a chase that I have ever experienced. As a local home owner and business owner you would think they would be interested in gaining local business but they were too busy concentrating on my race to be bothered with gaining new local business.

Excellent service at the drive-thru and usually greeted by name. New staff members at least welcome me. Never had a problem at this Chase location since I started there in 1973.

My son went to deposits 2 checks for me they were signed with a drivers license and chase card they would not deposit them for me. I have been a customer of Chase for over 20 years before it was even Chase. I ask to speak with the teller who refused to speak with me….. her name was KAREN Circleville Ohio branch. She refused to get a manager for me! Thanks for your customer Service KAREN!

I cashed a paycheck in my name from Golden Corral for $200 and after it being in my account for a week my account was locked. After over a week of trying to make contact my account was closed. I've waited on hold patiently and did my part. I was hung up on or never had my call returned. I've tried emailing but that's near impossible. Now my account has been closed by your mistake and when I finally get a message through I'm told they won't be calling me that I can call back. Absolutely horrible business.

Worst experience ever, I was trying to open a new bank account since it seems to be one the few banks that have a lot of branches throughout the US, but walk out of there totally disappointed… employees need to be a little bit more friendly and at least make an effort into at least try to help possible new customers.

Opened a account online and I went through drive through to fund the account instead of going inside since I have 3 kids with me and during this time the less contact with anyone for their sake and mine and my children's. The teller was extremely rude beyond words. I advised I no longer wanted to bank there and would be closing my account due to how rude she was..she didn't care and refused to give me her name so I could call corporate. I was willing to sit in the drive thru line all day until she gave me her name. I asked 3 times but she already shut the speaker off so I pushed the call button and finally for it. I opened a account with Huntington. After reading the reviews, sounds like this is a common problem with this branch and should be taken care of ASAP!

Everytime I have to enter the local Chase Branch, I am ridiculed. I don't know whether it is change of policy, ot that the tellers aren't all compliant. However, I never receive notification of changes in policy.

Tellers are great but if you need to see someone with customer service you wait and wait and wait. I switched to Huntington and they always see me right away.
