I had a great experience moving in and out at copper… it is very clean and well maintained. Jasmine was the service representative that I had dealt with. She was very pleasant and helpful. She went above to help me with an issue I had( it was my mistake) all in all 10/10 Thank you Jasmine!!

I have been using Copper Safe storage since March 2025. I chose them for their climate controlled units, the security, location and cleanliness. I have to say now that I have dealt with their staff I also appreciate them too. In the past I have had help from Marianne and she was amazing. Today, Jetz helped me and he was amazing as well!! Thank you for your help Jetz!!

I’ve only used this facility for one month so far. Seems pretty nice and I like the idea of the unit being climate controlled.
Customer service Jossef was helpful in getting my auto pay set up.
