If you want to make a purchase from good people, these are your guys. My family was commuting through Ohio at the Tim Horton’s across the street and one of the employees (who was ahead of us) paid for our breakfast. They never met us, they are just good people who do good deeds. I’ll be coming back to make a purchase of that very truck that gifted us such joy. My family will pay the good deed forward. Thank you!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Coughlin, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my sales associate, Barbie. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way.
What stood out the most was how genuinely she listened. She never once tried to push me into something that was a better fit for the dealership, she focused entirely on finding the best fit for me. She took the time to understand all my parameters and preferences, and then made thoughtful, informed recommendations that checked every box.
Barbie didn’t just search the local lot either, she went the extra mile by looking across multiple locations to find the perfect vehicle. She also broke down every part of the pricing - from the APR to warranty info, service details and the car fax, she combed the fine print on every single vehicle I was interested in and compared pricing - making sure I understood exactly what I was signing up for.
During test drives, she encouraged me to try any car I was curious about, and before I pulled out of the lot, she carefully showed me what every button and feature did, how it all worked, and what made each model special. That kind of attention to detail and care is so rare anymore.
When my insurance company tried to pressure me into returning my rental early, Barbie didn’t hesitate to jump through hoops to make sure I wasn’t stranded. She personally ensured that I had a vehicle for the next 24 hours until my purchase was finalized. She even buckled me in before I left for the night — that’s the kind of thoughtful person she is.
It’s easy to see why everyone in Circleville speaks so highly of her. She came highly recommended by locals, and now I know exactly why! Barbie has earned every bit of that reputation.
I can confidently say that every car I purchase in the future will be from Barbie, if possible. She’s professional, kind, knowledgeable, and truly goes the extra mile for her customers.

Overall this is probably one of the worst dealerships that I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve bought 16 cars over my lifetime so far and pretty much all from different dealerships. Trust me when I say this is one of the worst. Communication is awful I waited 6 days for a trade value. Once I got my trade value they refused to give me a ballpark range for my payments without pulling my credit first. I totally understand that without pulling your credit they can’t get a accurate interest rate but 99% of the dealerships will give you a wide range of payments depending on the interest rate and how much you put down. This dealership on the other hand refused which in my opinion is a huge red flag.

I sent my 2008 Tahoe to get checked for a antifreeze leak they said I needed a new engine priced at $13000
I then transported my suv to Texas with a honest mechanic ,engine was good it had a blown head gasket on the left side of the engine ended up replacing both sides and is good to go with less than $900
100% do not recommend this dealership for diagnostic testing
