Second time dealing with the "estimator" and second time I was told a part was ordered and it wasn't. You are better off taking your vehicle to another dealership even if you have to leave town to have it done.

Went truck shopping, discovered a truck that I liked online. I scheduled an appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who took me to the person I was communicating with. This person was not actually from the Ford dealership, but the Chevrolet lot beside it. Once in, I felt like I was not important, or a bother to the salesman. I understand that things can get very busy, but I scheduled an appointment with the expectation that I would get the time I was looking for. He had several other deals that he was working on. Once I waited for several minutes, I was finally shown the truck. Again, the salesman was going through the motions, He would not listen to me as I was talking, and kept cutting me off. I had several questions about the truck which he could not answer. As a Buyer, I expect the sales staff to be knowledgeable on the product that they sell. I mean the root of the word of Salesperson is sales. Sell me the truck!!! Google was my best tool on this trip. Maybe it was a bad night, but my experience could have been a whole lot better, hence why I did not purchase a truck from this dealership.

These guys are horrible at communication. My car was dropped off on Jan 21st and I didn’t get back until 3 months later. When I got the car back, there was still an issue with my car. Tried emailing several times (since they said that was best way to reach them because they never answer the phone)and they told me they would schedule a time to get me back in. After waiting days (and weeks) and many requests to get it in, I finally decided I didn’t want to deal with them again.Service: Steering/Suspension

I recently had to get work done on my vehicle that I couldn't get done at smaller auto service locations; transmission fluid due to my car model. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and quick with their service. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area that needs to get work on their vehicles. They also have a 10% discount if you have a triple A membership. I will definitely be coming back for other services.

This was a great experience in buying a used truck. The staff Forest and Matt were skilled and knowledgeable offering a non-pushy perspective of both the specific vehicle and the different brands in the segment. I really appreciated the experience. I bought the car and so far so good on that front as well.

my 2015 focus lost the turbo in the spring. i replaced it with a frd turbo. 30000 miles later it failed again. took it to ford. they took a week to replace the warrantied turbo, a 4 hour job. $1250 dollars later and 71 miles and the turbo failed. 3 weeks and $500 dollars later my car is ready. 100 miles later, im stranded again and they cant bother to get me a loaner to where i am. steer clear of this dealer,

This is for the parts dept. A few years ago I went to the parts dept. To get anti freeze. and block cleaner for a diesel. I stood there a while and decided to leave .A salesman folled me and talked me in to coming back in and getting what I wanted he was very nice and apologized for someone not waiting on me sooner . The price was better than the auto parts store .
