Came in to purchase a phone, and it was the worst experience ever!!! Amanda said she was the owner/manager of the store, and let me tell you, she did NOT seem like it. She had no idea what she was doing, it took us almost an hour for a minor technical issue to be resolved, and she couldn't remember what she was doing throughout the whole process. It was a nightmare! She was only worried about what she was going to have for lunch. If she indeed is the manager of this store, good luck in the future, because this was THE worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life. I will not be returning for any future needs, nor will I refer any friends or family. I will tell them to use any other Cricket store. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Worse customer expierience waited one and a half hour wile employee was helping some one with a credit application for a phone one full hour and a half just to be sold a phone

5/16- I called twice to ask a question, and stopped by the store and no one was there at 5:15. Store doesn’t close until 6????? I previously had a 5 star review at this store for the service.

I was in the Circleville Ohio store for 1 1/2 hours Saturday December 14 to purchase a new phone The sales lady could not transfer my contacts from a iPhone to a samsung. She messed up my iPhone so I couldn't leave until she had it working again. She didn't have a clue what she was doing She had to keep calling someone to ask how to do things. Then they wouldn't refund my activation fee for a phone that I didn't purchase because they couldn't do their job. Later in the day I went to a cricket store in Grove City, Kinda Wireless and he programmed a new phone in a little over half an hour. But again I was charged another activation fee.
