Absolutely terrible phone system. Pharmacy rep rude and refused to allow me to speak to the pharmacy manager regarding a medication delay and miscommunication on when it would be available. Formal complaint filed with corporate.

New phone system is awful, can’t get through to a real person & have to leave a message about needing my son’s lifesaving medication filled. 3 days of phone tag and I haven’t been able to get him his epi pen
