I made an appointment for 2pm on the February 12 & when we walked in an older lady and young woman was walking in ahead of us , the older lady was going to the restroom and the younger girl sat down on her phone .
My 7 year old sat down as I stood at the desk waiting for help .One girl that I've never seen before was cutting a gentleman's hair .I waited a few minutes and then I told her who my son was since I booked online and she told me that she didn't know what was going on but she couldn't tell me where the other stylist was .I said ok & then asked about how long would it be and she said well I can't tell others personal business but she left her key on the counter and I don't know if I'm going to have help or not .
Mind you she's very over excited for no reason , I was just calmly asking her how long it was going to be .She was finishing the gentleman's hair that's in her chair .And then she started to tell me that Miss Peggy and her daughter will be first and she didn't know how long that she was going to be .
I've beenbring my son to this salon for over a year now , one girl that used to cut his hair is no longer there and she was great , Carrisa was the one who always cut his hair and she is the absolute sweetest person and knows what she's doing along with another girl who's name I can't remember who worked to your left of the salon but she only worked a few days a week .
Those 2 have always been polite , professional and courteous. Who ever this girl was I don't know but I've never met her before and she was so over excited and dramatic that I told her that I wasn't going to just sit there for hours not knowing how long she was going to be and all she wanted to do was blame other staff members .I get it everyone can be understaffed at times but she was not professional at all .Even my 7 year asked me why she was so upset .
I took my son and left , unfortunately because of one staff member I will no longer be a customer & we loved our Holiday Hair and the staff .

Came into the salon...had a appt with Samantha and lemme tell yall.when I say this girl knows what she is doing she seriously does...she is fun makes you smile....she is super professional and I promise that if she does your hair wether it be color cut or whatever you will go back to her ahe is just plain amazing

First time customer here!
I just want to let you know what a great experience we had. My 13 YO grandson needed his hair cut so bad, we usually take him to Great Clips only BC it's quick. Your hair stylist made small talk with him and made him feel right at home, he is a very quiet young man and she had him talking. She was very sweet and professional most importantly she paid attention to detail.
We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately can’t remember the stylists name but she was beyond sweet and didn’t care when I asked for it shorter and seeing her juggle work and being a mom was amazing. She did a great job and I’m very happy.

Went in as a walk in to Tan. I asked about a haircut and she was able to squeeze me in right after my tan and she did a very good job!
Stylist: The stylist seem very knowledgeable about the different kinds of haircuts especially the one I requested. She did a very good job. My hair feels great.

Chelsie is the best! She did a phenomenal job with both my hair cut and color/highlights. I’ve had my hair done by those “exclusive” salons in Dublin many, many times, but Chelsie outperformed them hands down. She knows her science when it comes to color. She was super easy to talk to, gave fantastic suggestions, was prompt, and did an amazing job! My hair looked like a Pinterest model when I walked out! Absolutely thrilled with her work and expertise!
