“JD is the real deal. He has a lot of years of experience in the fitness world. He coaches to anyone's ability and more. I've only been at this box for a couple weeks and I love going. Great atmosphere for any age! I highly recommend JD and his staff at CrossFit Hammerhead!”
“I personally like it. I can get in and get out whenever I want. The place is always clean, and the staff is nice. Sometimes, it's hard to get a machine due to the volume of clients, but this is few and far between. Usually when this happens, I just hit a different workout until it frees up. Nothing to get to worked up about. I do see"kids" taking selfish in the mirror. That in and of itself doesn't bother me......I just want the staff to hit the "LUNK ALARM" every now and then. ??”

“Door was locked and no staff member was there to open it. Waited 5 minutes watching other people work out
I called later and discovered they have 1 ro 3 pm during the day with no staff. I wish there would have been a way to know this ahead of time or even see the hours posted outside.
After starting here, the staff has been great and the facility is genuinely in great shape.”
