“The hot tub was so peaceful. The sauna as well. I'm old. It hurts. There used to be a spot on the back of my arm that did not hurt. A mosquito bit it yesterday and now that hurts too. I did hurt myself on a machine though. It was the scale and it hurt my feelings. I used to have a bum knee. One day I said to myself show some commitment. Why stop at the knee? That's when I became a complete bum. Where was I going with this? I don't know I'm old which is a bonus! Silver Sneakers pays for my membership through my health insurance and it's free. Old people just love free things. It's because we're broke from paying for all those children and grandchildren. So here's a picture of my dog.”
