Rooms and building are great. Breakfast wasn't ready after 0630. No coffee cups. Coffee station a complete mess and staff completely indifferent. I've actually never seen breakfast this kind of late at any hotel and staff that don't care at all. I expect it at Red Roof or something, but this is kinda wild. Don't plan on breakfast if you have a schedule.
Went to check out, the employees are standing at the front door smoking. Zero chance I'll stop here again.

Perfect place to stop after a long 550 mile drive. Breakfast was A-plus and plenty of restaurants, gas stations and amenities nearby. Nice pool and outdoor seating and evens water fountain.

If you live local do not stay here!!!! The day following my stay I found a random $250 charge on my card.. when I inquired about it I was told the owner charges this 'deposit' to locals and that it had been refunded. Well here we are going on 5 days later and no refund. Called the hotel and they said 7-10 business days.. I've never had a refund take 7-10 business days. Considering marking the charge as fraud with my bank. I didn't authorize this charge in the first place, I didn't sign authorization for this charge, nor was I even verbally informed of this charge. Sure sounds like fraud to me. I can guarantee I'll never stay at this hotel again and will make sure to do my part in spreading the word.

I tend to stay at Hampton Inns whenever I travel. This was my first time staying here. Very clean lobby and room. The bathroom was nice, and the shower had good water pressure. No hand shower, though, which is always a plus in my book. Very close to restaurants and the Walmart is right next door. About 20-30 miles south of Coulnbus, OH on US-23. I would stay here again

Area is NOT safe, the staff are incompetent. I've traveled across the globe and I've never seen a place this poorly managed or ran. Based on my experience at this particular hotel location, I am not impressed. BEWARE of the miscellaneous charges they will add, then you'll get to deal with Circleville Hampton Inn's worst attribute, their so called GM, Stephen Romano. I have noticed all of the negative reviews and his bully responses. I wish I had read these BEFORE I stayed. Can't wait to see his reply to, yet, ANOTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW. Do better Hilton/Hampton Inn Circleville!

Current Circleville hotel manager is very unprofessional. He Googled me and some how found that I am associated with a group who used the hotel. He called me and left a voicemail about a situation i have NO authority over. I am only a member of the organization and far removed from a leadership position. My name and contact information was NOT on any of the contract documents, but he google the organization and called members with threat of acceleration, what ever that means.

My Fiancé and I had booked this hotel last night for today. We don’t live far, we were just looking to have a nice date night, and enjoy staying in another location that wasn’t our home, that wasn’t very far away. Hopefully to enjoy the pool, and the breakfast, and just have a slight change of scenery. However, this morning my Fiancé received a notification that the reservation was cancelled with no reason as to why. He booked again, and again it was cancelled with no further explanation. I called the hotel in hopes of finding a reason as to why the sudden cancellation. Apparently, my Fiancé was on a “do not rent” list.. which I thought was interesting since he has never stayed at a Hampton Inn before. I asked the manager if he could explain why he was on the list, and he said there was no reasoning listed. He then proceeded to tell me, “we don’t rent to locals.” I was a bit confused, so I had asked why they don’t rent to locals. He then began to explain his reasoning.. “We don’t rent to locals because they trash our rooms. And there’s absolutely no reason why someone who lives within 30 miles of the hotel would want to rent here.” I was a bit caught off guard as he was very abrupt, and frankly quite rude. I had told him the reason why we wanted to rent for a night as a newly engaged couple, and that he came off to be a little rude when telling me why he refused to allow us to rent for a single night. He remained silent and would not further communicate. I asked him what his name was, and he said “my name is Stephen.” And then proceeded to hang up on me.
For clarification, I had called a different Hampton Inn that also is not very far from me and asked if they rented to locals, and the lovely lady’s response was “absolutely! We rent to everyone!” So.. it’s not a general Hampton Inn thing.. it’s a Circleville Hampton Inn thing.
Stephen was rude, dismissive, and lacked any form of customer service communication skills.

Rooms are great, breakfast left a bit to be desired, unless you'd like biscuits and gravy. Out of most juices, only boiled eggs, and they were out of batter for waffles. Not a great start to the morning. Tapping on the kitchen door got no response....

Room was nice, clean, comfortable bed. The staff at this hotel do not know what they are doing. We were double charged for our stay. They also entered our room while the do not disturb placard was on the door. Staff is disrespectful. We were here with a large group for a wedding, and every single person who stayed had issues with the staff and over charging. If you stay here, make sure you check your bank statements.
