The staff was nice and pleasant to work with, is about the best thing about the hotel. The bed is remarkably, impressively uncomfortable and I woke up after three hours and my wife and I decided to just leave very early instead of staying here and trying to fight sleep in what.could be described as a slab of rocks with the idea of pillows for our heads. The shower pressure was good and the temperature hot, and the AC ran well enough ish. Struggled to maintain very cold.Wish I could offer advice on the breakfast, but we left very early and couldn't try it.Would recommend another hotel, this one is cheap for a good reason.Rooms: Rather unclean

Check in was smooth and friendly. The beds were very comfortable (and I’m very picky) . Kira in the dining room was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and makes a great breakfast. Best hotel free-breakfast I’ve had. We do lots of road trips and have stayed in tons of Hampton Inns (as well as other brands) and this was the best!

I expected more when I booked a Hampton Inn room. The room in itself was ok. The bed was from a horror movie! The linens were adequate but the mattress was so broken down it should have been replaced long ago. The upholstered chair was threadbare and faded. I would think with what they charge for a room they can afford to buy new mattresses and freshen things up. The breakfast was horrid. No coffee, waffle maker would not work, the "cheese omelets" were spongy and gross. Probably will not stay here again. It is incredible that 2 (1?) star hotels are so expensive in Chillicothe and Circleville.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hampton and it’s a great hotel. Very clean, accommodating with a nice staff.

Hotel was a nice stopping point for us on the way to New River Gorge National Park. Room was clean, the amenities were nice, and the staff were nice. You could tell the hotel was kept up to date and the rooms were crisp and clean.

The coffee in the rooms and the breakfast would be my biggest complaints. If the Hampton had a breakfast like the Holiday Inn across the street, or comparable, it would be much better. Over all, very nice, safe, clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Only one chair in the room and the bar on the shower door was missing on the inside making it hard to open when in the shower. Also missing were the toiletries mounted to the wall in large pumps I.e. body and hand wash like other Hampton Inns they only had the shampoo pump in shower. The breakfast area was overrun with ants on the counters with the food and the floor. Staff was friendly and were able to give us early check in. Having to use card key for elevator and the need for parking passes made us wonder about the location as we have never needed this before.

They actually booked us in the wrong rooms, so for our first night it was wrong but the manager went above and beyond to get things set up correctly for the rest of our stay. The breakfast isn't bad, with some actual yummy items some days. The coffee is kind of bad though, but can get you through the day. The rooms were comfortable and clean, had a good stay.

We came here for my daughter’s softball tournament. We have a baby and needed certain accommodations and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The lady at the front desk with dark hair and glasses is a sweetheart! ( I didn’t catch her name ). Honestly every staff member we encountered was extremely nice. The hotel is in a great location with food, gas and grocery store within walking distance! We also appreciated how clean the hotel was and the amenities that they offered :)

The Hampton Inn in Circleville is always very clean and the staff are quite accommodating to special requests. They provided me an early check-in by changing my room number. This made my stay there even more pleasant. And on day of check-out, they extended the time from 11am to 12noon. Kristen was exceptionally nice and helpful as the Front Desk Manager who provided these requests. As with many hotels and other businesses, many of the staff have multiple jobs. I saw the Night Manager also cleaning guest rooms in the evening. All the staff greet you with a smile, which is so nice! The rooms are well appointed and quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Hampton Inn in Circleville is newer which is good. The ownership and management team is awful. Although check in was at 4:00, the room that I had selected thru the Hilton app was not ready. After waiting 15 minutes, another room became available. Upon checking in I was given a parking pass to place in my car to prevent it from being towed. This is unbelievable - the hotel is in a dirt field with nothing around it. Why is a parking pass needed? The manager told me that it was because the parking lot was being resurfaced which was a lie - the parking lot is new and in great shape. I was told by co-workers that previous hotel guests had their cars towed from this hotel. Again, this is in the middle of nowhere - why would any cars be towed? At check in, I was told that a $25 deposit was required for "incidentals". This is a Hampton Inn not a 5 star resort. What possible incidentals could there be here? I'm not sure what the incompentent ownership or managers are trying to pull here - but this place is definately up to something. I would not recommend staying here, which is unfortunate as the hotel is new.
