Owner cut the lock off of a deceased family members unit when it was paid for and stole multiple items. When confronted they quit answering calls and texts.

We finally went to pick up our couch to use from our unit. When we opened the door there was mouse feces everywhere in our unit and on top of that our couch had gotten wet and had mold all over it. Pretty much everything was ruined and the owner accepted no responsibility for it. He gave us our month back that we actually paid for that day before we went there because we removed all of our stuff. If you have anything valuable do not store it here…

Horrible Customer Service!Doesn't hold office hours or return calls. Voicemail box stays full.They'll gut you in fees if they can... has been so much worse than the low expectations I had. Pathetic... I hope they sell out to Bialy.

Definitely don't recommend. reserved a unit online because I was planning a move to Ohio. Drove all the way to the unit and it's already in use. Try to call and the number goes straight to voicemail and you can't leave a message because it's full. Tried to email and got no reply. The website says they value customer service. But that's definitely not true if they can't even get reservations correct or answer the phone

After a 900 mile move for a reserved unit, there's 2 locks on it so it's clearly not reserved. No answer all day yesterday or today and mailboxes are full. Stuck with a uhaul full of stuff. Extremely unprofessional adding stress to an already stressful move.

Horrible customer service. I like a few others reserved a unit only for them to give it to someone else. And getting in contact with them is IMPOSSIBLE as the number sends you straight to a voicemail with a full inbox. Definitely wouldn't recommend to ANYONE

My storage got broke into and over 500 movies were stolen, my TV's and my belongings were trashed. There is a camera system out there, but mysterious that night the chip was taken out of the main camera. Got pi$$ed off because I made a report with the pickaway county sheriff's office. Because it was going to make his business look bad. My storage and 5 others were broke into that night, he was trying to give me other people's belongings to try and make it right.. (washer&dryer).. Doesn't like to write receipt for payment if it was cash, after paying him I have someone calling telling me my payment is over due and my lock was cut off and replaced.
