If I could give zero stars, I would. I had money stolen from my account and I'm being treated as if I'm the issue because it happened. I was told that they aren't sure if they can get the money back, even though it's clearly fraud. And I was also told that they can close any new account of mine whenever they please (but that's only if I open a new one with them, which I will not do ever.) and even if I prove who I am, they have to get permission to give me what money I DO have left that wasn't stolen. So it's essentially being held hostage and I'm powerless. Last time I checked, the money was mine?

I do most of my banking online, so I rarely go into the branch, but when I have had to go in the branch, the place is clean and the staff is very friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful with any banking need that needs to be addressed.

This location is my local branch so it's more than convenient for me, but truthfully this branch has one of the best / most helpful staffs there is. They always go way out of their way to get you in and out in a hurry. This office is well run and very organized. I have had nothing but 5star service from them !
