It's ridiculous that I had to find out from another customer that Melissa , the only person that can do trucker taxes quit without telling the customers . It took from the beginning of February until March 22 for SOMEBODY to do my taxes . Are you going to get someone full time and dependable in the Circleville Ohio office to do taxes for truck drivers. This is not very professional of a company/employee to be towards the people you want to return each year for help

I have been going here for the last 5-6 years. Everyone I have come into contact with has been absolutely amazing! Always answer any and every question I have! So helpful! I really miss Melissa and Elaine but I’m sure they’ve passed down their traits to the current staff!

Always a wonderful experience in Circleville office. Everything has been efficiently thorough and complete without having any problems. Melissa usually does our taxes, but Elaine has also done some, we've been coming here for over 10 years.Both are very professional but still very warm caring people. Each year it has felt like going to see friends. Can't give a high enough rating.

Circleville, OH office has the best staff! They are always willing to help you with your questions and concerns about your taxes and they always go out of their way to accommodate your needs! Elaine is the absolute best and we have depended upon her expertise for many years!
