Krogers is a Great store. When i shop there, we can get makeup right after the frozen food section. We don't have to walk all over the place to get what we need. THANK YOU, KROGER

It's straight 50/50 going into this pharmacy. Half of the staff seems like they are trying. The other half are absolute clowns. I'm not calling people out , they know. Glad I moved to another town and I'm obv moving my scripts. Have a good day.

Poor service - very slow. In my experience, the worst in town. No idea why anyone would go here.

I went in this week to pick up my sons prescription and they told me that the medication the doctor had called in wasn’t covered by my insurance but they still helped me and offered to use a discount card so that I would only have to pay $9.50 for the medication! I know some places would not volunteer information to save people money but they did I’m not only were they helpful to me but I’m looking in the pharmacy I could see every single staff member working nobody just standing around everybody was working to help the people in line, on the phone, getting vaccines, etc! I think they are great ?

The woman pharmacist is rude and extremely unpleasant to deal with. I was the only person that was there and she was filling refills instead of putting 6 pills into a bottle and give them to me. I just got out of the ER and waited 1.5 hours for 6 freaking pills. Thanks for nothing. Not recommend.

The worst pharmacy I've been to. Lines are outrageously long. Rarely have medications you need (always out of stock). Issues contacting pharmacy through phone. Theyre never accurate when it comes to refill time (tell you a time, arrive at time, and new excuse). Have to wait weeks to consider ordering medications. Thats not good for those who can not afford to miss a dose. Poor attitudes from pharmacists. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I know I will.

Pharmacy did not fill prescription called in by doctor because address provided was out of state, due to the patient being an out of state college student. When going in to pick up, had to wait in a line of 8 or more people 2 times because pharmacy was adamant they had nothing for the patient the first time around. Second time, we forced them to find it armed with information from doctors office. Once they found the prescription it was our fault it was not filled because of the out of state address and the staff was rude to us. They then said it would take an additional 2 hours to fill the prescription that had been called in several hours prior. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I have always had a great experience with the staff. I don't wait until I am completely out of my medication, then ask for a refill, and expect priority to get it filled. I also don't go during peak times to stand in line.

holiday season . Let me tell u a little story about my adventure at KROGERS last night. So as bad as I been feeling it decide I must go out and get a few groceries now keep in mind I have several retail stores near by, but supposedly KROGER is here for the community during this pandemic .So they ask u to wear a mask then treat u like your a criminal .I've never felt so embarrassed or threatened before and I'm 50+ yrs old .Picture this if you will I'm just shopping along when realized I wasn't hearing my phone ring so I decide to check in my purse but knowing it's the holiday season I figured I'd better check in my purse in a manner that does look at all suspicious so I put my purse down in the middle of the aisle and for all to see kneel down began to look ..just as I stand up there's a woman 2ft away from me taking pictures yes pictures of me on her cell phone. Right away I realize she is a KROGER employee .Cash her can I help you and she gets even closer to me ( so needless to say KROGER doesn't abid with the 6ft social distance requirement ).And she replies no I say excuse me she says our security saw you stuffing sh&t into your purse .I just about fainted now keep in mind she screams this so isles away can here her.I instantly replied would you like to check my purse and she he says no. So feeling embarrased and very intimidated I sit my purse back down in the middle of the aisle and began to empty it.when I was done I ask her if she was satisfied and she replies no .So I pick up all my stuff spout it back in my purse and I see customers just staring at me and whispering I no my face was beat red I felt like I was going to pass out. So trying to avoid fe egg ling intemadated any further i ask if she could get security .She replies you wait right there.so I do just that for bout 4 or 5 very long minutes and no security comes .So I ask her can I move from that spot she ignores me .Now while all of this was going on my shopping cart disappear,s with my wallet in it.Still no security .!!!!! So I ask can u please get security and she replies with no .Then she tells me they have taken my cart up front I ask can I lease have my wallet she says get it yourself. You can't imagine how this makes me feel .at this point there were 3 large woman pointing at me.So I just go to get my wallet .They make a very smart remark everyone at this point is already as dy made up there mind that I'm a theif. So I ask the employee for an apology she you;ll never believe what she says .She says I'd never apologize too the likes of you.So need less to say I called the police and made a very detailed report .The officer commented that she would of been much more upset if it were her .What she didnt realize is I had already vomited twice. So that's how KROGERS has our community's back during this difficult time.Accuse a grammall of being a masked thief. Needless to say I'm contacting my attorney I pplan to file a suit. And I strongly advise everyone if u can choose ,to shop at KROGER or somewhere else pick the somewhere else.

So I ordered my meds and it was supposed to be there Friday and wasn't so it was supposed to be there yesterday, cool. I'm sure covid has messed up their deliveries and stuff. I show up to get it and I'm told "Well, it should be here in about 6 hours. Nothing more I can tell you".

Last year they were kind, fast, and efficient. This year they're slow and rude. I don't know what's changed. I've received attitude from Hello (lucky to even get a hello). I was scolded and told "I didn't go to college for 4 years for you to tell me how long it takes to refill your prescription." All I had mentioned after being told it would be a day and a half, that "it's just a refrigerated medical ring, no pills to count or bottle." The longest I've ever had to wait is 2hrs. My cousin picked up his prescription and there were NO PILLS in the bottle!?! How does that even happen? So if you can't be nice AND can't do the basics of your jobs then you get a bad review and hopefully less customers
