The click list used to be wonderful and convenient now it sucks! This is an every time occurrence. Scheduled pick up for 4 pm and here it is 715pm and still not ready. I went in to grab a few items I had forgotten and their was 5 people sitting in the click list office. Only open it for a few each hour if you do not have the staff. I get low staffing but when you see 5 people sitting around that’s an issue. No one was picking the missing crate that was apparently holding up my order I went down every isle.

Pharmacy did not fill prescription called in by doctor because address provided was out of state, due to the patient being an out of state college student. When going in to pick up, had to wait in a line of 8 or more people 2 times because pharmacy was adamant they had nothing for the patient the first time around. Second time, we forced them to find it armed with information from doctors office. Once they found the prescription it was our fault it was not filled because of the out of state address and the staff was rude to us. They then said it would take an additional 2 hours to fill the prescription that had been called in several hours prior. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Just had an great experience I feel needs sharing! I was stopping at Kroger to pick up a couple things. I was standing inline with tears streaming down my face after having an awful day at work. Natalie the cashier was so kind and thoughtful. Told me that it looks like I was having a bad day and told me don’t worry my ice cream and Doritos. And that she hope things got better. We need more people in this world like her. Kroger you have a great employee! Thanks Natalie for making my horrible day brighter!!!

holiday season . Let me tell u a little story about my adventure at KROGERS last night. So as bad as I been feeling it decide I must go out and get a few groceries now keep in mind I have several retail stores near by, but supposedly KROGER is here for the community during this pandemic .So they ask u to wear a mask then treat u like your a criminal .I've never felt so embarrassed or threatened before and I'm 50+ yrs old .Picture this if you will I'm just shopping along when realized I wasn't hearing my phone ring so I decide to check in my purse but knowing it's the holiday season I figured I'd better check in my purse in a manner that does look at all suspicious so I put my purse down in the middle of the aisle and for all to see kneel down began to look ..just as I stand up there's a woman 2ft away from me taking pictures yes pictures of me on her cell phone. Right away I realize she is a KROGER employee .Cash her can I help you and she gets even closer to me ( so needless to say KROGER doesn't abid with the 6ft social distance requirement ).And she replies no I say excuse me she says our security saw you stuffing sh&t into your purse .I just about fainted now keep in mind she screams this so isles away can here her.I instantly replied would you like to check my purse and she he says no. So feeling embarrased and very intimidated I sit my purse back down in the middle of the aisle and began to empty it.when I was done I ask her if she was satisfied and she replies no .So I pick up all my stuff spout it back in my purse and I see customers just staring at me and whispering I no my face was beat red I felt like I was going to pass out. So trying to avoid fe egg ling intemadated any further i ask if she could get security .She replies you wait right there.so I do just that for bout 4 or 5 very long minutes and no security comes .So I ask her can I move from that spot she ignores me .Now while all of this was going on my shopping cart disappear,s with my wallet in it.Still no security .!!!!! So I ask can u please get security and she replies with no .Then she tells me they have taken my cart up front I ask can I lease have my wallet she says get it yourself. You can't imagine how this makes me feel .at this point there were 3 large woman pointing at me.So I just go to get my wallet .They make a very smart remark everyone at this point is already as dy made up there mind that I'm a theif. So I ask the employee for an apology she you;ll never believe what she says .She says I'd never apologize too the likes of you.So need less to say I called the police and made a very detailed report .The officer commented that she would of been much more upset if it were her .What she didnt realize is I had already vomited twice. So that's how KROGERS has our community's back during this difficult time.Accuse a grammall of being a masked thief. Needless to say I'm contacting my attorney I pplan to file a suit. And I strongly advise everyone if u can choose ,to shop at KROGER or somewhere else pick the somewhere else.

the lady working the self checkout near the pharmacy was super rude and made me and my mom feel like pieces of crap theirs. I was checking out my son tried grabbing his candy bar after I scanned it and put it in a bag so it messed the thing up. and i went to pay and it called for assistance. she came over and looked and said "you didn't scan everything" like I put something in a bag without paying. instead of asking she accused me. then she stood there behind is just staring

They do not follow the guidelines for coronavirus safety. The Starbucks workers and the shelve stickers didn't have masks on. There were other problems too like overflowing garbage cans and inventory directly on the floor ( not in boxes). When I asked to speak to a store manager I was told that he wasn't there. I called the store the next day to talk to a manager and was told that one would be in tomorrow. When I finally talked with a manager, she was not sympathetic nor did she thank me for letting her know. She made excuses and got snippy like an early teen who doesn't have any problem solving skills yet. I am disgusted

This my favorite grocery store in Pickaway County. While not always as cheap as Walmart, if you shop the Kroger brands and the items on sale you can really get groceries at reasonable prices. The produce selection is always well stocked with both organic and non-organic produce. The staff is friendly and I never have to wait in line long if I avoid the popular grocery buying times (as I always do). I also enjoy the sushi bar inside Kroger- it is fresh and usually well stocked. I am thankful to have reasonably priced fresh produce in my area.

I witnessed a elderly lady get almost injured and watched two employees put their hands up and a universal sign not my job, not my department ,very disappointed. I would like to know if they knew the cart rack was not in working order??
