Pro: The car wash is good, and the free vacuum and towels is a plus. Con: Don't make the mistake I did. Set your calendar seven days in advance, that is right, you have to call them at the end of week three or they will just take another month's fee whether you can use it or not. I call them Take 20 Car Wash now.

It has been a year since Take 5 bought out Magic Tunnel and converted this location. There have been some trade offs, such as eliminating the employees manually scrubbing the front and rear bumpers before going into the wash, but adding the staton with towels and window/surface cleaner bottles. At the end of the day, the price increased a bit and the quality of the wash went down. The cleaning of the car surface isn't as thorough. I don't know what they did, but my car never leaves the wash dry. It isn't a little wet, it is very wet after the dryers, every time. Speaking of wet, towels are a great idea, but they are always damp. You can go through the stacks of towels and there is never an actual dry towel. That can work for drying the car to make up for the ineffective dryers, but damp towels make for streaky windows. For the price it is simply okay. I was a monthly subscriber for two cars with Magic tunnel. Now I take one car to Take 5 every 2-3 months to spend the time hand drying. Otherwise I go someplace outside of Circleville like Grove City, Columbus or Chillicothe since I drive those places all the time anyway.

Great car wash, but if you ever need to cancel the subscription they will not stop deducting $ from your account. I cancelled in October 2023 in person at the Circleville location. They continued to deduct the monthly fee even after I emailed and called the company many times. The kept telling me they would refund my money and stop charging me but here we are 5 months later and I’m still being charged for car wash service that I do not use. They now owe me $150 and will not respond. This place is a rip off with non existent customer service. Buyer beware!Update: The manager of the local store did contact me and my money was refunded. I do appreciate that this manager was responsive and took care of this. I hope they will reexamine how to make sure this doesn’t happen to others.

Disappointed. When I was drying excess water, I was smearing dirt on my truck. Not recommended.

Wes was amazing, never been to this car wash ever and he explained all the washes and plans in detail and explained the whole process to us. Then after while at the detail center we had filled a trash can up and he came up and dumped it for us. Will be stopping by again!

I've been a customer for several years and was always well satisfied when it was the Magic Tunnel. Since the changeover to Take 5 about 4 months ago it has been AWFUL. I have memberships for 2 cars and have the following concerns that I didn't have with Magic Tunnel: 1. They no longer brush the front of your car prior to washing and the bugs are still there after wash. 2. The car comes out wet after the dry cycle. 3. Spots ALL Over the car when it DOES finally dry. 4. No sign of tire shine EVER. 5. No air fresheners EVER. I guess I'll go back to the self service carwash and save my $50/month. Please note that the positive ratings on this page are from the time that it was still a Magic Tunnel Carwash. The one positive is the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Very clean place, Fair prices. The manager (Mattea?) was very friendly and professional, she even talked me into getting a monthly membership. After I went through the wash, Destiny was kind enough to direct me to the Detail Center and showed me how to use the mat cleaner. Both ladies were great to me & my family and turned a simple car wash into a very pleasant experience. I will for sure be coming back and will recommend to all my coworkers.
