Called in at 8:40 pm to buy a caliper for a 1 ton pickup. Talked to 2 different employees and let them know that we were on our way to pick it up we would be there right at closing time. 9:00 pm I was knocking on the door and no one would answer. Nobody cares about customer service anymore. They will not get another dime of business from us.

LIVE BY THE OHIO RIVER. IN THE PARKING LOT BY 858. THE MANAGER HAD ALREADY LOCKED THE DOOR KNOWING I WAS OMW. another car tried to buy parts too & THIS WAS AFTER LANCASTER TOLD ME THEY HAD THE PARTS. you just lost 500+ dollars & a customer. y'all suck.

Called ahead to verify part is in stock, get to the store and they have to order it. I asked their phone number to make sure I called the right store and they didn’t even know their phone number. Eventually two of them figured out I had called the right store. I will not be going back.

They need to get there product on the shelves in the proper place. I grabbed 2 items that I thought was the price marked on the shelf until I got to the register. While There are all standing g up front doing nothing fix your shelves.
