I needed the breaks on my wife SUV changed before she went out of town the next day and they were nice enough to get it done. Let me drop it off after hours and pay over the phone. Great job, great service. I'll definitely go back.

Used to be THE Only shop I went to for 4 years straight, now they have some guys who instantly claim they don't have the same size tire when I mention it. For almost two months, same thing. The same size tire that was always in stock, every time for 4 years...

THE BEST... Started at 8:00am they said it could take up to 2 hours, I waited expecting to wait 2 1/2-3 hours know the business lingo, they have a TV that plays car stuff mechanics, preventable maintenance brakes, rotors tires you know. Then the door opens the mechanic . shows me my print out of my alignment and what he did, says you're good to go... $97.00 a friendly thank you for your business, I saluted the owners son and thanked him. It took them an hour and 10 minutes. I've told everyone I know about R&M Tires oh and I will be back...

Got robbed out of 2.5 hours of my time because they, "Didn't have the time" to fix something that literally only took 10 minutes to do. Told them what the issue was before bringing my car in and was told it wouldn't be an issue to get done. Thank God for 1st Class Automotive! They got me together and did it free of charge! Y'all need to step it up and take care of your customers.

Being new to the area , my wife needed some tires and was very pleased with her experience here, of course she is never wrong about anything, so I also decided to get my tires here as well. Kyle was very pleasant and helpful , he showed me a couple of different options, was prompt to get everything wrapped up, and done. Great tires, and installation done with care, overall a great experience, will return when the time comes again.

Not sure why the systems states I am from CA when I live in Circleville, OH.My parents have been going to R&M for years for their tires. This is not the same ownership. I had a flat and I purchased a used tire to match the tread of the other four. I asked the front lady to mount the new used tire, dispose of the old one, and put the spare back up under the SUV where it belows. I dropped my SUV off at 8:30 am and received a call at 10:30 am that it was complete. I go in to pick up the SUV and was charged approx. $53 for the mount and balance and they did not put the spare back under the car. I informed them of their mistake and proceeded to wait 30 mins. After this time I asked the lady how long it would be and she stated they were busy and she had no idea. I had someone pick me up and asked for a call when completed. At 2pm, no response so I called to inquire and received the run around about being busy and they will get to when they can. I asked for the owner Josh to call me because this was unacceptable. Kyle, the guy who does the tires, calls me to explain that they are busy and normally do not put the spare tires back. I explain I specifically made the request and was confirmed they would do it. He then begins to tell me of all the excuses for him not doing the job and tells me he has no idea when he will be able to fix his mistake. The owner, Josh, never returned my call and I just picked up the SUV. Me and my family will never return to this establishment ever again and I will be sharing my experience with all social media friends I can to help them from making the same mistake with R&M. Could not imagine my 70+ year old mother having to lift a 22" tire with rim and put it back under a SUV.

So brought my car in for a new tire waited half hr and they over charge was like $90 and come to find out they destroyed all 5 of my lugs put them on way to tight almost couldn't get them off ... unbelievable

This place is a joke. Went here to do a alignment waited 1.5 hours they took the car back and came back out and said there was nothing they could do.

R&M tires has always serviced our vehicles. They have great service, excellent communication, stand by their word and the products they sell. Front desk lady is extremely friendly and cordial. very pleasant.
