This place has gone to absolute trash and it's been open for how long now?? Not that long. Good lord. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves. No restrooms for over a month. You had 2 nasty unkept Porta John's outside and now you have 4. No water, hand wash, or even hand sanitizer which I'm pretty sure is a code violation for a business. The most disgusting and neglected Sheetz store from Circleville to Columbus and surrounding areas.

Store #706 Located at 1395 S Court St, Circleville, OH 43113 Great Sheetz location and a big fan of the chain. Great fuel prices, clean restrooms, tons of packaged snacks and beverages, and the Sheetz convenience fast food restaurant inside. Easy in and out with the traffic light on US23. I filled up outside and used self service inside so no real employee interactions. It's a nice clean store and will be making it a regular gas option when traveling this way.

The workers at Sheetz need an attitude adjustment. Our online order was placed 40 min in advance. It was complete and sat for 20 min. It should have been placed with the online orders but was not. We get to the counter and our food was bagged and sitting in a random place close to the counter. Ok fine. We wait at the counter for 7 min while the guy finished up another order. Looked at a new order and started that. He didn’t even look in our direction even though we were feet from him and obviously waiting for him to acknowledge us. He comes directly in front of us 1-2 feet away, and hands one of those orders to the customer and then looks right at me for a second, looks away, and then walked away! He didn’t greet me or ask me what we were standing there needing. This was the tall guy, completing orders, with glasses and hat at 10:40am on April 23rd.He walks away even though I said excuse me once he turned his back to me, ignored. The bag was sitting right there in reach, had my name on it, so I grabbed it myself and left. Turns out it was missing my fries. Maybe if the order was just made but it was sitting there for 20 min before I got there so it was obviously just forgotten by Sheetz. So no fries and horrible customer service. If you can’t smile and say hello to your customers, or put 20 min old online orders on the rack, then you have no business working in an industry that requires you to talk to people. Bad attitude and just rude!! If he had done the bare minimum and just said hello, I wouldn’t have been standing there waiting for my already completed and paid for order and I’d have my fries I paid for.

Insanity that management would only have one person working the deli and the cash register, knowing how busy their store is nonstop, especially at nighttime. It’s unfair to the hard working staff, and the customers. The night time girl deserves a raise. She ran both positions at once, within her ability.

From what I can gather, most negative reviews were from a time when everywhere was facing staff shortages as well as supply/distribution shortages due to staffing issues everywhere. My overall experience with this sheetz during this time has been well even though we as a nation are still struggling with the above issues. Staff seems to do the best they can to meet the needs of customers in a friendly manner while taking care of the store. There have been times minor cleaning issues that have been present. However, I fully understand that you can only accomplish so much with the staff you have when patrons have a hard time cleaning up after themselves.

So Sheetz in their infinite wisdom saw to it to fire a woman who had her teeth knocked out in a domestic assault because you can't work for them if you're missing teeth not due to a disability. So if you go to work for them make sure that your bf/gf don't knock your teeth out. Way to go sheetz.

Truly horrific what you did to an employee. Firing them after experiencing DV, then recording the co versatile and sharing it on social media. I hope you’re prepared for a lawsuit. Your smile policy is garbage and discriminative. I doubt your business will last long after this. Truly disgusting. Karma is real….

A business that treats their employees badly, or in this case, horribly, tells me that they certainly don't care about their customers. Rose Marie was a fabulous cashier here, did her job with kindness and treated the customers like she was happy to see each one, because she was. Anything she could do to make their trip to Sheetz a great experience, she would do. She cared about her regular customers, and she treated new faces and people passing thru with the. same kindness and excellence. Rose Marie was happy to do a great job. Many customers have contacted management and told them how much Rose Marie has made them feel so welcome and that her excellent job skills and her friendly personality has always been one of the reasons that they keep coming back to Sheetz. Rose Marie has been a great representative for the business. She didn't stop working when her ex husband head butted her for forgetting to turn off the hallway light, the head butt knocked out her front teeth and boke a few more teeth. She was a cashier at this convenience store. She continued with her pleasant and friendly service while handling her job duties really well, even though her teeth were messed up. She had been seen and measured for dentures, and molds were made to insure a great fit. The process takes a long time. In the meantime her manager told her that her smile violates the Sheetz company smile policy. All employees must have and maintain with a perfect warm welcoming beautiful smile. (Wow, cold mean and heartless) She has taken action to get permanent dentures. She is waiting for these dentures to be finished, fitted and she will be relieved to be able to smile again. The insurance from her job covers part of the permanent dentures. The policy does not cover temporary dentures. I'm sick about the treatment and discrimination this corporation has treated this employee with. It's mean It's cruel, It's not right. Please do not do business with this company. Rose Marie was a great employee The corporation should have cared about her rather than letting her go, because her smile was not beautiful in their opinion. What else could she do? If they don't care about her, they for sure don't care about their customers. Please do not shop at Sheetz. If they end up making this situation right, I will update this review. please use that link for a news report video for the Smile policy, and how it was used against former cashier Rose Marie

There was an article on Daily Mail about an employee who had to resign because she had missing teeth (due to domestic violence), so she wasn't good for the business since she couldn't smile....as per their employment policy. Do they pay $30/hr????DISCRIMINATION!!!!

This place is amazing. The gas prices are always cheaper, the food to order is AMAZING and the staff is always so friendly and helpful at every single Sheetz I've been to. Which leads me to consistency....which they are....and that's important to me. I used to be a loyal speedway customer, for years, but I have now switched to Sheetz for many reasons including the loyalty program. It's a pretty awesome place, I love the self checkout AND the scan and go too!!! you should definitely try it....I mean.....why the Sheetz not!!

I never been to a Sheetz before because I live in a small town where we got things like Valero, UDF and other places that aren’t cool as this place. Went here for gas because we had a long way home, decided to go inside look around spent $35 something dollars. I didn’t think that they would have much stuff that they had all of my favorite snacks, candies, drinks. I explored their milkshake, ice coffee and all of their selection of drinks on the little electronic tablet. Next time when I have more money I will get one. Definitely will come back.

Been here a few times and always get the chicken sliders on the way up to Columbus. Every time, the sliders have this tiny piece of chicken on them, thought it was just my luck, but I’m starting to think this is just what they’re working with. Would be better if it was more than a chicken nugget. I guess I’ll find an excuse to go to the Sheetz locations over in West Virginia from now on.
