The employee who wears a mask daily in the circleville store not only looks ridiculous but she is so rude! Cant understand anything she says but you can see her eyes rolling while she says we are making her job so difficult by asking her to look up a paint color that we purchased there a few months before. Will never EVER spend our money at that store again!

Older gentlemen named Gary seems to be a real swell guy. Very knowledgeable, was able to show me a few things I didn't know. Had a great visit at the store.

this place is wonderful, friendly, knowledgable sales rep let me place my order on the phone and had it ready within an hour for curbside pickup, no waiting and extra nice service, very kind, will surely do business again soon and willl recommend them to anyone. My brother and son in law love this store and recommended them to me as i just moved here.

I have been into this SW location about 3 times since July and have always had a wonderful experience. All of the staff and assistant manager were very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us greatly... until yesterday evening when I entered the store about 15 mins before closing. I even called ahead so they could get started on my paint so I could just pick it up and they could still get out of there before closing. The young woman’s name was Ashley. She was unsuccessful in helping me over the phone, not able to look up the paint that was purchased in 2015 even though none of the other employees had that issue. I then arrived at the store so we ended our phone conversation and I decided to just walk in so we could figure it out. Ashley then changed her tone towards me and treating me very poorly. She asked me to stand outside in the cold with my children while she made my paint and when I said I would like to stand inside, she raised her voice at me several times, treating me like a second class citizen and discriminated against in front of another customer and my family. She refused to give me her managers number. But she finally agreed to call him and proceeded to lie to him about the situation, saying I was yelling at her. It was the other way around. She did end up selling me the paint but refused to take either of my coupons 30% off and $10 off $50 because she said it didn’t apply. Odd because I have used the $10 off coupons before on this same paint and even with Gary checking me out. She was just all around rude and humiliated me. I ended up leaving in tears because of how mean she was. We have a 3500 Sq ft house that we had planned on painting in all SW paint, and so far have only purchased enough for 1 room spending around $150 total, so we a lot more to go and several hundred more to spend on paint and if this is how I’m going to be taking my business to Home Depot or Lowe’s where they do not treat me this way. If Ashley can’t treat people better than this, I don’t think she is cut out for customer service and should certainly not be allowed to work in the store alone without supervision. She will cost this location and SW as a whole a lot of money and may even land SW in a discrimination lawsuit if she keeps it up. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Sad that this happened to me in my own town
