We walked into this place after driving from Chillicothe as they said they could t tell us if they had new iPhone. So after driving there we find out they do not!! Then when we ask to order them the gal tells me that I have to purchase additional lines to get a deal, which i knew was bs as I had already been to tmobile in Chillicothe. She also was extremely rude with very poor customer service. This store has rude staff trying to fleece you while Chillicothe store is amazing and they try to help u get the best deals. If Tmobile doesn't have very many customers in circleville I'm certain that this is the reason!!!! Drive to Chillicothe and ask for Jennifer she is terrific along with the rest of the staff!!!

My Husband surprised me for Mother's day and bought us new phones, watches and 5G internet. We were told if it doesn't work, bring it back and we will give you your money back. Well, after spending hours trying to get it to work and 3 trips to the store within a week, we took everything back including one phone that had not been opened. We didn't know there were "restocking fees" they charge on returned products. We ended up being charged $230 and have nothing to show for it. When asked "How is it legal for you to charge customer's for restocking fees when the product was returned within the 14 day time frame?" We were told there are stickers on the product and in the store stating this and that all phone companies do this. My Husband and I were so furious, we didn't even mention the fact that one of the phones had not even been opened (they could have resold it) but the store manager opened it making it unsaleable. The only reason I'm giving one star is because Ryan, the young man that sold us the phone, was very knowledgeable and did try to help us.

I give it a 2 because the store employees are very good. T-mobile service itself sucks. Dropped calls, calls not going threw, texts messages showing the sent but the person receiving never gets them, text messages not going threw, no internet in places were Verizon always got great signals.Over T-mobile services aren't even close to what we had with Verizon, there prices aren't much different then Verizon, we were told we are on a 2 year plan after being told by sales people we were on a no contract plan.Instead of T-mobile advertising how Great they are, they should probably work on there service first. We made a mistake going to T-mobile. We will fix that mistake when our "No contract contract" is up!

This store is absolutely horrible. Out of the 5 times I have been to this store they always send me to customer service instead of resolving issues themselves. Recently went there for a warranty exchange and was told that they weren’t trying to commit insurance fraud. My exchange was canceled and told to contact customer service. Had to have my phone sent to the Chillicothe store to actually have the warranty exchange completed correctly. Also had employees from this store comment on my fb post representing T-Mobile and speaking for T-Mobile on their personal accounts. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to go on someone’s post saying they were trying to commit insurance fraud.

The customer service at the store is very poor I recommend nobody go there I would drive an hour to another T-Mobile before I would have to deal with anybody at that store again these employees need to be trained at this location somebody should do something it’s insane

Omg...these people are amazing with me. They were great at helping me with an upgrade to the new s22+ ultra. Awesome phone too by the way.They help me to manage my payments, they did everything that needed to be done so I didn't have too..Thank you Ryan and the manager that helped .great job. You both deserve a raise by the time you were done with me..Thank you Circleville store located next to the train tracks..I'll return when ready to upgrade the other phone I have.Have a great day and thank youI'm a happy customer ? 9.1.22

Sold data on a plan to an 80 year old women with a flip phone (Amanda) her bill was all screwed up and since it just a some kinda store they couldn’t fix it! Had to call customer service and get it fixed. Kuddos to the gal at customer service. Circleville girl is not helpful!!

The wait wasn’t nearly as long as at the Chillicothe location. The young lady was very nice. BUT….there were no chairs for the people waiting. I had to ask for one for my mother in law and she only had one. Once we finally got waited on, she still couldn’t help us with what we needed. For some reason, TMobile won’t accept a PO Box. It has to be a physical address. This couldn’t be validated because here street address is weird. We had to go back home and call. This rep had to override the address to get it to accept. Now we have to make a third trip to the store.

Customer service was terrible went in to get my phone activated guy that was working acted like I was bothering him said he couldn't transfer my info went to Chillicothe and they set it right up guy does not need to be working with customers bad attitude
