If I could give no stars I would. This has been the most difficult bank I have ever worked with. They have horrible mobile banking and customer service is a joke. I have a loan through them and will never have another account. Standing Stone Bank used to be amazing and your company has ruined it.

They have hit me for $60 in service fees in the last two months for using mobile banking.. apparently theirs a limit on mobile transactions in a month or they charge you..

I took out a 20 year commercial loan in September 2017. I recently submitted the final payment in September 2022 and now can not access my account online. I needed to print of a statement showing that that account is paid in full but no longer have access to it. Why would they keep me from accessing my account information? Furthermore, I accidently overpaid $550.82. I have not received a reimbursement check yet. This was a veritable interest commercial loan, of which I have had many. When interest dropped, the savings bank refused to drop the interest on this loan, however, when interest went up to 7%, they added it immediately to the loan. I am a low risk highly desirable borrower. It is disheartening and frustrating to be treated like this. I will never again use the Savings Bank for any future commercial loans.

I had never used this bank but we recently had some business in Circleville where we needed a notary and this was the bank of the person we had business with so we used this bank, as a notary. I was glad they had Saturday hours I mean they did close at noon but that wasn't a problem. They notarized our paperwork and we were good to go

They won't let me take my boyfriend off my account and we both when in to do it, I've had this account since 1994, they told me that I have to close it down and open another one and refuse to help me transfer all of my electronic deposit and payments .

The mistakes by this bank is off the wall. Asked to stop payment and they make two payments. Countless mistakes and bad service. I am changing banks now. They can't be trusted at all.

A drive-thruTeller deposited my check into someone else's account not a very competent person if you ask me. This is Not the first time this has happened to me. ALSO it would be nice to have 24 hour 7 days a week customer service so they can fix this kind of problem so people can have access to their own money instead of it setting in someone else's account all weekend!

I woukd not recomebd this bank I was being charged for a check 5 different times and when I asked how I can close my account they tokd me that I couldn't till I paid for the check for the 5tg time so if ibwas to recomebd a bank it surely would not be this 1

Hidden fee they have charged me over a hundred dollars in the last two months in hidden fee I even fixed my account and the still charged me a fee for nfs even though they told me if I had the money there before closing I would not have a charge that was a lie cause I do and now I’m closing my account cause this is not the first time I have lied to by the people that work there
