Decent older apartments. problems parking issues: handicap spaces used by non handicap, fighting over spots& breaking into cars almost nightly. Plus children yell & scream in front of everyone's apartment not just their own from morning til dark.

Cleaner then it was when was twin oaks . But I hate all depends on the renter tho . But it's cleaned up a lot .. great job . Jus can't seem get a hold of any one to get a spot

I've been here almost 2 years now and we love it! The management and maintenance people are the sweetest and so helpful! I wish I had a private spot out behind my apartment but it's a nice quiet place to live.
