The gentlemen that helped us out was phenomenal! We’ve literally worked with tech support for weeks & weeks & all they kept telling us was to “reset the phone often & iPhones were stubborn and would eventually fix itself!” Once we thought the phone into this location, we were there maybe 5 min before he knew exactly what was wrong with it! He was able to get into our account and fix it without any other issues. We will for sure be returning to this store for anything needed through Verizon, even with it being a 30 min drive!

Hunter Wellington always exceeds my expectations! I follow him from store to store because he is thorough, extremely knowledgable and I trust him. He takes the time to explain things and never makes me feel rushed, He is an asset to Verizon and I wouldn’t be a long time customer if it weren’t for him!

The salesman did a great job. He was by himself short staffed, and had numerous customers and but was very pleasant with everyone and explained he would be with them as soon as possible. I thought he handled himself very well with customers and the situation that he was in.

iPhone 14 malfunctioned less than 2 weeks after my wife and I upgraded at the Circleville, OH store. Store gave me the run around for 4 weeks about a warranty replacement along with the store deactivating my phone to “resolve” the issue for a week. Still have yet to hear back from Will (manager) since June 1st after being told they would keep in contact and resolve the issue. You would think going into the actual store you purchased and set up the new phone in would be best when an issue arises. Boy was I wrong….Verizon customer service had a new phone at my house in 3 days. Long story short this store is a joke unless you are going in to buy phone accessories. Make sure you go to an actual Verizon store not a sub store like this one.
