Vibe is good here ,,employees are nice 99% of the time never had a bad experience here really,,,,clean gas station/bathroom always ,,,some items are a bit crazy but that's a given with its location but other then that it's a good gas station

Stopped at a Bellstores location in Findlay Ohio today.. hands down the best I’ve ever been treated in a gas station or convenience store. The employees were kind, happy, helpful and overall exerted the exact customer service that the world needs more of.

Always have had good service and the staff always very friendly. Here’s my problem, on Feb. 24th I bought gas at the BellStore location on Market & Easton St., at that time I also purchased a car wash for $ 13.
Last week they started tearing in down! Apparently for a nicer place, that’s great
Question is what do I do with the wash code on my receipt? Can’t use it at another location.
I’ve tried contacting the company, but to no avail
How many more customers will be affected by this.
This should have be announced and plans made to accommodate this.
Hope someone from the company sees this and responds….

Brewster location has some very rude, disgruntled employees working there. The male who wishes to me a female is the worst. He bullies his customers if they don't address him as "ma'am". Called corporate multiple times about it. Apparently they are standing behind the employee. To heck with your customer base, right? Maybe scared to get a lawsuit if they terminate HIM for his attitude towards the customers. I don't know but I will not return until he is gone. I will continue to make complaints until he is reprimanded or terminated. I have no problem with the LGBTQ folks. I have a problem when a person bullies over it though.

they close their doors at night expect you to know what you want through a window not to mention I am a female truck driver and can not use their rest rooms during night hours while parked their to sleep they have lost my business due to not truck driver friendly...

Woman working at the Cambridge Ohio store at 1:30 a.m. was very rude and making snide comments to customers.
