“My jeep renegade CEL went on for a misfire and I needed to get it looked at/fixed quickly. I googled for mechanics near me and Music's Automotive was one in the list. I checked the list and read through reviews and called in yesterday for an appointment. The girl who initially answered the call said Monday but got me in for today. She was very courteous and friendly. I took the car early morning, met Jimmy & Kevin. They offered to give me a ride home so I didn't need to get an Uber. By midday, Kevin called and ran through the issues found, explained it and told me the cost. By 5pm, it was ready to be picked up. Very nice people, excellent customer service, fast & efficient work and knowledgeable staff. The pricing seem reasonable. I'll bring my car here from now on. Thank you!”

“Took vehicle in to have all new brake pads and rotors and to get park brake working. While doing this, they found a rear axle seal leaking and fixed right away. Also, they found a broken engine mount and were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days. Fair prices , great work, and friendly staff.”

“They went out of their way to air up the tires on my dump truck. The steel wheels and high pressure stems make it very difficult to get an airchuck on the rear dually wheels. None of the parts stores had the chuck and no other shop in the area would entertain the idea of airing up the tires or simply didn't have the chuck either. This shop got it done for me on the spot even with the mechanic laying on the ground and wrapping his arms around the tires. I was on a job and they really came through for me. “The Ford dealerships turned me away to look at my air conditioner and sent me to this location. Scott was helpful and informative when I told him what was going on with my expedition. He was able to get me in and taken care of to be back on the road in comfort with AC! They of course didn’t know that I do know a bit about cars since I have never been here before but they still treated me with top notch service and kindness. Highly recommended these guys and this location! They also did a free car wash!”

I will preface this by saying that I am a female. If you are a female, you know you have to worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to repair shops. I was nervous to find a good shop to diagnose and repair my 2018 Hyundai Sonata before our family vacation. After speaking with my SIL, she recommended New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. I called, explained the issue and they got me in quickly. My car was throwing a large emission leak code and had some RPM issues. They first recommended replacing the gas cap (and a severely past due oil change, I was 10k over), as this is a common issue of the code and my gas cap was in terrible condition (showed me the cracks in the rubber seal) and had a strong chance of resolving the issue. They told me if the light came back on, to call back immediately and they would complete a smoke test to determine where the leak was. Unfortunately I have the worst luck and the light did come back on a few days later. I called and they fit me in the same week even though they were booked solid. Within a few hours they called and let me know that they detected the leak and it was my purge valve. They got it replaced and I was back on the road the same day! They were fantastic to deal with! They took their time describing what the issues were and did not try to push any extra things on me. They drove me home the first day so I did not have to sit in the shop waiting. They generally made me feel so much more comfort with the entire process. And they were very fair with pricing as well! I was extremely nervous on the cost of all of this and I was pleasantly surprised when the actual bill came! I am so relieved to have my car back and repaired. I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks and we are planning on scheduling my husbands truck for some needed repairs!”
“They fixed my tired that had a metal bar in it and updated my warranty on the tires I purchased from their company(different location) so that if any else happens to them during their lifetime it's covered for free. Very pleasant and hard working crew! Was a walk-in they got me in and out in 30mins. Tires are not that old, only a few months, so very glad they were able to get it out and fix it. Highly recommend this location and will be going here for any of my future needs.”
“I had a job about 100 feet from this shop and my vehicles battery died. I rode my electric scooter I keep as a backup to this shop. They had a few batteries priced at $40-$50 used. The owner personally went and got two batteries because the first ones terminals were on the opposite side. That speaks a lot about the owner he made it right I appreciate his time.”
