Everyone who I dealt with here was so easy and had great communication skills. The units are very fairly priced and very clean. They're easy to access as well.Remember the 10 day notice before moving out and canceling your unit.Also-- side note... my car was broken into one month (not here), and I had my credit card stolen, and I had to deactivate it... After explaining that, they waived my late fee, and I was SO appreciative of the help. They were very easy and understanding about it. It meant so much.They were very helpful with everything I needed and you can do almost everything (involving signing up and moving out) quickly and easily over the phone.If I ever need to rent a unit again, I will check B&H out first!

I don't have any problems with them other than the gate doesn't work half the time and somehow I got bed bugs in my stuff from another unit and I like to keep mothballs in my units to keep the insects out
