John at the counter and Jamey in the kitchen were so great. I came in later than I should have for an amazing pizza. They made it for me no problems. They were both great!!! And my pizza as always great!
You need more like those two!

For the past two weekends I’ve came twice in the morning once at 7am no doughnuts, no food! Came again at 930 am still no doughnuts, no food! I have decided to not even try anymore there is no reason to not have what you guys sell to never be able to be purchased. I work in Englewood and it’s always convenient to come And get my breakfast, but seeing how the stores run in the lack of care if the customers have these things available has made me decide to not come back to Casey’s anymore. I don’t understand why you can’t get food or donuts on the weekends. Talking with other people in the neighborhood, the store is going downhill and fast. Hopefully you guys can get it together and figure out what’s going on. You are definitely going to be losing customers.

I feel bad for this store the store manager does nothing but sit in her office all day even when the main cashier has a line all the way back he’s trying to ring everyone, she stays in there. I’ve seen her come out look at line and still not help her employees. There used to be two good cashiers I haven’t seen the girl in months. This store needs to be lead by a stronger manager people don’t have time to wait like there at the grocery store it’s supposed to be in and out convenience. The kitchen people could also care less if there’s out dated food or any food at all in the warmers.

I have been coming to this location everyday for 2 years. In the last 3 months the store has went down so bad. There’s never pizza or sandwiches in the warmer at lunch. I have to come in multiple times till I find the food I’m looking for. The bathrooms are always nasty and the store manager is always in the office sitting why her crew members suffer lines and busy times. I don’t think Casey’s actually cares about there stores or this one wouldn’t be going down hill so bad. I’m am officially never coming to any Casey’s location ever again because there just disappointing at this point. This location should not be like this it hasn’t always been this way. Her management in there that does more than sit and cares about the store. Everyone I go to look at food there that lady sits. Do better Casey’s this is unacceptable!

This gas station is close to my house so I got in the habit of going due to convenience. However, it is no longer convenient. I frequently stop somewhere to get breakfast in the morning. Casey’s is hit or miss if they have any food at all. Most people do not have time to stop multiple places because their first stop had zero hot food. And donuts with flys and gnats in it. I asked the cashier this morning why they frequently don’t have breakfast food. She went on a rant about how I needed to ask someone named Adrian what the problem is. (She had purple hair) I don’t work there, I don’t know Adrian. They seem to only stock coolers maybe once a week. They also stack app of their new products all around the store. Then as many other reviews have mentioned, the staff is rude. They sit on their phones and barely pay any attention to customers. They complain about their jobs etc. I will be taking my business to a newer gas station closer to my job, which is QT. I highly recommend checking them out.

This place is always dirty. Never have towels or windshield fluid. Trash cans always over flowing. Coolers never stocked. Staff are rude. High turnover, poor management. And will close at night early all the time. Floors inside and out are always sticky.

Pumps never have receipt paper. Windshield washing squeegees are always bone-dry. Every time we go inside the employees are inattentive, rude, and on their phones. The inside of the store seems to be pretty dirty as well. Hygiene and cleanliness seem to not be a priority.

Place is always dirty, pumps are always broken. Trash cans are always spilling out, and the trash gets blown into a nearby creek. The store is frequently closed during business hours

We went in at 6 am for coffee and the girl was sitting on a chair behind the counter playing on her phone. The coffee machines had flies all over them with empty creamers and coffee beans all over under and on top of the machines. The floor was gritty and slippery with powder. Nothing was stocked. It's just gross and at 6 AM there is no excuse. The fact that it was coffee beans means it's the employees making them mess not the customers. I got a cappuccino only because it was the only machine not sticky and covered in flies.
