Do not buy these products. There is zero service or support. I ordered a compressor that arrived in a smashed shipping crate. There was evident oil on the tank, that was dripping out of the compressor compartment. I notified the company and they did NOTHING! No attempt was ever made to address this even a year after the fact. No support, no service, no assistance of any kind. Every issue gets punted to someone who somehow manages to care even less about the issue than the person I spoke to before.
As an aside, any company, in 2025 who still, to this day, does not have a website where parts can be purchased is clearly not interested in surviving.
Avoid buying these products. This company do not give a damn about their products after they leave the factory.

Positive Review: Eaton 18 HP Gas-Powered Air Compressor
I’ve been using the Eaton 18 HP Gas-Powered Air Compressor for a few weeks now, and so far, the performance and installation process have been exceptional. The installation was straightforward, with clear instructions that made setup quick and hassle-free. I installed as a garage compressor.
In terms of performance, the 18 HP engine delivers impressive power, it keeps up with powering pneumatic tools without a hitch. It runs smoothly with minimal vibration. I chose a gas powered engine so, I did not need to run a new electrical circuit clear across the house to my garage. Overall, it’s been a reliable and efficient addition to my setup, performing exactly as expected so far. I’m confident this compressor will continue to meet my needs for heavy-duty tasks for years to come.

I recently purchased two EMAX Silent Air 7.5 HP oil-lubricated compressor from Eaton Compressors, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The compressor is incredibly fast and so quiet you can have a phone conversation right next to it while it’s running—truly amazing! They are hands down the best compressor out there, period. But even more impressive is the culture and values of the company. They answer the phone, and truly care about their customers best interests - rare in today's world! I can't say enough good about them.
A big thank you to Samantha, who went above and beyond to guide me through the process with patience and care. Her knowledge and follow-up made the experience seamless.
I also want to commend Matt, the owner, for running such a fantastic company with strong values and a commitment to quality. It’s clear Eaton Compressors truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

I searched for 6 months going through all different brands. Even being in the automotive field I kept being pushed to buy something that wouldn't fit my needs.I was recommended Eaton by a buddy of mine and after checking through their website I called. Took time to answer questions(and I had alot) and I felt very at ease for dealing with them.I went with a 10hp 80 gallon, single phase, industrial plus.This thing is QUIET and FAST.Plan is to redo the piping that I currently have in the shop this summer, so the connection from compressor to main lines is temporary
