The local manager is a great person to work with. The people when you call in, not so much. They seem to make the process as difficult as possible. That’s why I prefer working with the local manager. He seems to remember that I am the customer.

The area and facility are neat, clean, and easily accessible. The property manager Dennis Pyles is awesome. He has been extremenly helpful with any and all issues that have come up with the moving company that is bringing my items to the facility and he has always been ready and willing to assist with any problem that comes up.

Dennis did a great job, he was extremely helpful. The rental rates are a little high compared to some other places, but the service makes up for it. I was just shopping around but I will definitely be keeping Dennis in mind!
