The staff member that was very helpful and knowledgeable pertaining to his position. Cannot recall his name, Jeff possibly. Answered everything I inquired about. Store was not too busy but busy enough that he could have become overwhelmed by my doing. I will be returning. Thank You.

Josh is a great person. Im glad the store has reached prestige and i am always happy with every experience in this storeNew store manager. Dude looks like he strung out of drugs. Tried to argue w me that Sony wasn't releasing a new ps5 headset. Told me I was making it up bc he never heard of it. Then I told himi could order on the app. He was like really. And after all thar he was like would you like to pre-order it now. I'm like I'll think about it and left

I used to love going into Gamestop. They always let me know of the new games that was available and was very informative of the old ones. But this particular time I asked a question and they had no idea of a piece that go on a console and the games that were there. I was very disappointed.

The service was good and phenomenal when I purchased my item ( PS5 edge controller ) the guy asked me if I want to also add a warranty to my item and I did but now after 6/8 months I called to see if they can replace my item they said the warranty will replace my item for used one not new one ? and that's sucks honestly I wouldn't advice anyone to buy/add warranty ✌️

This store has a decent selection of games, as well as cool random other things. It can sometimes be hard to only grab what you came for and not impulse shop here! That being said, the lower review comes not from the store product display or selection of items, rather the experience with employees trying to upsell everything and trying to force deals on people. Customers should not have to refuse to purchase items 3 to 5 times and be treated condescendingly after repeatedly declining said offers. I like this store, but tend to treat it as a last resort for anything I intend to spend my money on due to the bad customer experiences I have had here.

Game selection was nice, but the employee acted as if he didnt want to be there. Was very short and seemed as if he wanted me to hurry up and leave.

Junk location , store opens on Saturday at 10 am and was closed for lunch at 11:00 to 11:30. It’s sad that you have to close an hour after opening because probably they do not have enough people to work .

Very helpful, even when harried with her first dealing with preorder release and register issues. Any preorder issues were from the supplier delivery, not the GameStop employee.
