They are all current or retired bodybuilders if I'm not mistaken, and offer personal training. Plus it's never crowded so I never have to wait to use a certain machine or bench.”

“10/10 recommend this gym to anyone in the Dayton area. It has everything you need to get a full workout in: dumbbells, cables, Hammer Strength plate loaded machines and so much more. Almost felt like an unbranded LA Fitness. Scott and the lovely front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Best part of the gym (aside from the atmosphere) was the fact everyone cleaned up after themselves. Weights weren't everywhere, everyone was mindful of the rules. Great culture”

“Great place, use to be able to get there by bus. All the staff are great. Especially the head of maintenance. Have a great day, enjoy a cup of coffee. The senior lunchtime on first Wednesday are great too. One time lol I saw a hawk circling the buffet line inside the gym ??????????.... That's a big LOL ?”
