Changing my original review. I had gotten a bad highlights experience from Emily at this location. But the salon owner Holly called me and re-did it for no charge. Its still some brassy but not much and will fade at least some. She explained that Erica is new and still learning and she mentoring her. Being that I have more gray than I used to when I used to get highlights done i believe makes coloring more tricky too. Thank you Holly for fixing my hair and she even cut it for me no charge, she offered to. I appreciate you.

Oh my gosh! My first experience was so wonderful! I was treated by Becky to a fabulous cut and since my son was getting married, I also wanted some curls. Becky did an amazing job considering she had never done my hair before. I received so many compliments. Recommend this lovely salon.

My wife went there to get her hair colored. They talked her out of what she really wanted before she even walked through the door. Then, when she was there and picking out the color, they went with a darker shade than what she wanted. She was very upset and even said she didn't really like the color and all they had to say was "well we did the best we could." Then they started giving me a lot of excuses as to why they wouldn't listen to her and decided what was best, which when did the customer come last in the decision? The customer should come first and foremost since they are the ones who are spending their hard earned money that they don't need to spend at that establishment. You would think being in a service industry like that they would be more willing to do what the customer wants instead of being lazy and what is convenient to the business. That is what is wrong with small independent businesses. They think they can treat the customer however they want, and the customer should be thankful they were even allowed to spend their money there. So I would not waste your time or money unless you really do not care about how you look when you walk out of the building. Just know they did the best they could and do not care if you are satisfied or not. They got what they wanted and the only thing they care about and that is your money.

I just tried this salon for the first time today. I got a pedicure from Lise. It lasted a whole hour, felt great, and I absolutely love how cute my toenails look.
