I want to praise the customer service at the Kroger Liquor Store. The cashier was on point super kind and by far one the most polite customer service person I've encountered in a long time
I was there on a Friday afternoon. Very busy but handled like a champ.

I'm new to Ohio, so its all strange to me. Don't like them scanning my ID. And the other walk-in kinda places?! It's creepy having to announce your beverage of choice along with the price point you want. Oh well.

Cool spot to grab an go. Cashiers are friendly. They try to make sure you get what you came for. I will go back
