I shop this Walmart regularly and was very disappointed at how I was treated at the pharmacy counter today. Sick with a cold I attempted to get an OTC med for cold/flu, but it required a signature at the pharmacy counter. The young woman waiting on me was nice, apparently fairly new, and when the cost of the OTC med exceeded what I was willing to pay I asked for a cheaper med. Walmart is notorious for having product in the wrong place with the wrong price, and I wish the young woman had stated the correct price before she rung it up. When I said I wanted to get a cheaper med, who I presume was a pharmacy tech, told the nice young woman I couldn't have it because it was in the system and couldn't be changed. She spoke as if I wasn't there, looked at me harshly and continued to talk with the woman waiting on me, but I could not hear all that was said. Even so, I would not pay the price for the OTC cold med ($18+) and chose to leave without the med. Now they had a med I had signed for (but not received) so I wonder what they would do with it now, give it to someone else who would not have to sign? It also meant I could not get the med at a different store at a cheaper price without waiting a week or so, but because of the rudeness of the woman who wasn't even waiting on me I will go to CVS or anywhere else before I attempt to buy cold meds from Walmart again, even at the higher price. It would really be a customer service if the price of OTC meds were mentioned before a customer has to sign for it. The med was out of place and I thought it was the price listed on the shelf where the med was. Years ago Walmart pharmacy staff was rude, but got better when the store opened on Hoke Rd. Now it seems the "I don't care attitude" has returned. Also, if you don't like your job, quit, and give someone else a chance to work.

This place is my home. The staff is always nice, and I can find everything I want so easily. I love how it's local because Englewood people are crazy for stuff that Kroger, Meijer, and CVS doesn't have. Especially when the holidays roll around, like Walmart is the PLACE TO BE!!!! The food is always fresh, the aisles are always clean, and everything is so neat. So if you like shopping, Walmart in Englewood, Ohio, is the place to be!
